We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Simple apartment but with necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if you need anything. It offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and beautiful garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment, recently renovated, where nothing is missing to spend a beautiful vacation! Fresh apartment, equipped with air conditioning , x 4 person is perfect! Located in a quiet street, without parking problems. 5 minutes walk from the sea and 15 minutes always on foot from the center of Bellaria! Cinzia is truly a super host! He dispensed us on a lot of events, always present for every circumstance! What can I say, we're doing really well!

Cute, clean, and well-furnished place to stay. Parking was not inside the property as described (due to work) but there was still parking a few meters away.

Hotel Beautiful, cared for, clean and in a very central area, we spent a week in a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, clean and cared for in every detail. Upon arrival, Valentina was very kind in showing us both the parking and the apartment and explaining the house rules in detail. We highly recommend the property and will definitely consider another stay with them next year.

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.

The house is in a quiet area, equipped with everything , great outdoor space with a hot tub and barbecue .
