Simple apartment but with necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if you need anything. It offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. This apartment was spotlessly clean and very homely. It was very quiet and had the comfiest bed! Silvia was very helpful and made our stay even better with restaurant recommendations and a discount card for the best bakery we have visited (just across the street). We only wish we could stay for more than 1 night!

Our stay at Elena’s and Antonio’s place was so incredible that we’d like to keep this secret to ourselves. They welcomed us in person, and were generous, kind and charming. The place is soooo beautiful and comfortable. It is incredible well equipped even with little snacks, coffee and tea. It is also well located, a quick walk from multiple historic place, museums, and delicious restaurants. I can’t wait to return to Rimini one day, and hopefully stay there again.

We stayed in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I have a good time. We really appreciated the possibility of staying longer, compared to the scheduled checkout time. Luca and Daila, they also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

The house is very nice with large rooms and an internal courtyard. Spaces are comfortable including the living room. The location is great, close to downtown but very quiet at night. We didn't use the kitchen because we always ate outside but it's equipped. A very spacious bathroom, the other small. I highly recommend this facility.

Small but comfortable apartment with everything you need, in a convenient and very central location.

The apartment has evidently been renovated perhaps a decade ago, keeping the perhaps original tiles in the kitchen and bathroom area on the ground floor. Some pictures that were a little creepy I would have avoided it, but apart from these small things, the apartment is nice and you are like at home. A comfortable living area with a nice TV, adjacent to the kitchen. The bathrooms are very small but you could not do anything else in these cute little houses in the center. Comfortable that you don't have the key. There is a modern combination system to access the home. Comfortable and spacious beds. Perfect location for visiting the center.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything we can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very beautiful place to recharge as a family, full of board games for children of all ages and full of books, also the outdoor games cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is extra (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama of Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great stay, thank you to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this b&b perfect for a family

We had a wonderful week in Ander's house, it is a very quiet area and ideal for relaxing. Ander responds quickly. He and his mom are flexible and very kind. We had to extend the stay because we had a high fever. All without problems. It was a pleasant stay.

The apartment is in an ideal position to walk to both the beach and downtown. The description matches the reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious environments. Great communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really pleasant stay.

We stayed four days in this apartment and had a great time. We had a small problem with the hot water, but when I told Claudio after 10 minutes he came and immediately resolved it. Recommended.
