great location close to the center, the host was very kind to get us the pass to the ZTL area himself, a very clean and quiet environment, with all the comforts. we only stayed one night but we'll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay here. Marilena is so nice and was very responsive to any and all of my questions. She provided me with local recommendations and even called ahead to make reservations for me! The house was very clean and located in a very rural area. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay off the beaten path. From the already excellent reviews we had arrived with many expectations: all fully satisfied kind host, always available, responsive, very competent. Quiet place, matching the description, also has a large fenced garden with a children's/hammock space and deck chairs. Excellent and sufficient tools in the apartment (washing machine rack, flat pots, etc.) Perfect room, clean with attention to detail, very clean sheets, climate. First beach 15 minutes away, places of interest nearby, great for cycling. Much better than I could imagine for the price we paid. We will definitely be back

The house is cozy, very clean, well furnished and well equipped, it is pleasant to spend time there; it is located in the heart of the historic center, very close to theater, Leonardes canal, restaurants, shops, parking nearby; with a few more steps you can also walk comfortably to the sea. It was a convenient base for us to move between Ravenna and Rimini. Giacomo is punctual and accurate in his information, and always kind and prompt in verifying that everything was fine: a beautiful vacation!

My stay at Elisabetta's was short, but pleasant. It responded to my expectations and needs, the listing overall corresponded to the home and amenities I found. The house is very welcoming, close to the center of Imola and the shops you might need (pharmacy, supermarket, bar, etc.). The circuit is about a 30-minute walk and the walk is pleasant.

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We were 9 people, including 4 children . We really liked the place. The beach is 5 minutes' walk away. Have been not far from the center. Location was great. Check-in and check-out was great. We were able to enter the house earlier by arrangement and were also able to leave later on our departure. For small children it is not so suitable as it went down stairs from the house via stone stairs and meadow was also down mountain. Otherwise everything is great. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely autumn stay on the island of Albarella. The apartment is very well equipped (great for a family of 5 people) and very well located (by the fjord), in a quiet area and close to everything. Hosts Enrico and Orazio are very responsive and have traveled in person for the key exchange. They gave us all the useful information and were always available if they had any questions. In short, a beautiful experience that we warmly recommend.

Federica was very helpful right away. Your home is very cozy and clean. We found everything we needed, pasta, salt, oil, coffee, tea, and snacks for breakfast. Nothing was missing in the bathroom, everything was impeccable. We booked this house to go to Mirabilandia, about 7 kilometers away, so the location is strategic. I highly recommend it.

A very pleasant stay, in a very quiet place, with lots of natural and historical places to visit: the beaches, the Po Delta and its many reserves, Rimini, Comacchio and even Venice... Note that the bedding is particularly comfortable in a pleasant and clean house where there is everything you need. Tiziana, even without seeing her we can say it, is a very friendly person, a perfect hostess.

There were three of them in Cervia for five days. The property is very central, the beach is easily accessible. The parking is about 3 minutes away and is also no problem. The rooms of the apartment are sufficiently large and equipped with sufficient inventory. In addition, the apartment is super clean, as new. The living space, if you use it for sleeping, is not so well suited for noise-sensitive people, as well as closing the metal gate next door is associated with a background noise.

Despite problems with our health, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as described in the listing with very accurate photography. The surrounding area is peaceful, with good access to the train station. It is one of the most affordable and decent places we have found in the Romagna and we warmly recommend it to guests.
