Great apartment to visit Syracuse. Close to the archeological site. Quiet neighbourhood with nice cafés (Mind the gap, Drago). The apartment is so nice and you feel so at home that you can easily stay home to Netflix ;) Communication with the host is very quick and clear. Definetely recommend!

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

Apartment located right in the center of Ortigia convenient to all amenities(supermarkets, shops, etc.) suitable for children looking for movement(Ortigia is full of locals) and for families to take even in the evening a nice walk in the center (which is worth it.) The apartment is spacious and we found it clean and well equipped in terms of towels,sheets, etc. Nothing is missing. I didn't get to meet Carmelo but you are greeted directly by the host where I found Lucia, they are two people available for any problem, friendly and always available to offer you the best service. And if you need tips on what to visit, where to go to the sea, or anything else, Lucia will know how to help you. That said, I don't extend much, but if I were to return to Sicily, I would choose them, so I recommend them 100%. I forgot. The apartment has a beautiful cool terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Modica is delightful and the apartment is a great base to explore it, ideally situated for both Modica Bassa and Alta. The living area and bedroom/bathrooms are across two floors linked by a fabulous staircase, with further stairs up to the terrace, which has great views across the town. Eleanora gave good recommendations for places to eat and drink - Bann bakery is excellent as is the Inno cafe and Casalindolci pasticceria in the same area. We had great pizzas at Sorsi e Morsi, all away from the throng of the main street. Definitely recommend the town and the apartment.

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian experience! Thank you Alfredo!

Great apartment, tastefully furnished and extremely careful in cleanliness, equipped with all services and comforts. Located a stone's throw from the sea and a few minutes away from a pleasant walk to reach the center and all its places of interest. Andrea is a perfect host, always responsive both before and throughout our stay, made even more enjoyable by his valuable advice.

Absolutely beautiful place. Massimo and his family are amazing hosts very responsive and kind. I would definitely recommend this bnb and will return 100 percent.. A great place in a very good location. Host was responsive and quick to answer questions. The flat itself was spacious and clean with a good set of facilities available. A great place to stay as it's close to many shops and markets nearby.

We had a great time in Pozzalo. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Great for family reunion. There are a beach nearby and two other sand beaches within 15 minutes walking distance. Giuseppina recommended “Sea Sound” restaurant and we went there. The food was excellent. If you want to cook fish yourself there is a fish store just across the restaurant. The town has grocery stores and bakery stores with fresh baked bread and pastries. We drove to Mt. Etna and Siracusa from Pozzalo. We wanted to visit Modica and Ragusa but didn’t have time for that. It is only 30 minutes drive and beautiful towns with an interesting history.

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. We visited Sicily during the off season and still had great warm weather. We were welcomed by Angelo and Saro who showed us the accommodation. Both were in contact with us over messenger and gave us many tips on nice beaches and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean with a lovely interior. We had a place to park our car right beside the door. You can take your breakfast on the beach, just walk over the street and you are there. Keep in mind that the street ist right beside the accommodation and the cars drive quite fast so it can be a little louder. Thank you for the stay!

it was a beautiful stay. close to the sea and nicely located. Everything was perfect! Valentina was quick to respond to the questions we had, in short perfect. if we are in the area again we will definitely return.

I am a tried and tested Airbnb traveler and was very lucky to book this fantastic cottage. It exceeded all our expectations! Charlie is such an attentive host who warmly welcomes his guests and gives great tips on local restaurants and excursion destinations. The house with a large garden is scenic surrounded by olive trees quiet, absolutely idyllic on a small hill. The house, with both terraces, was more beautiful in nature than captured in the photos. Everything is very clean and artistically tasteful, decorated with Sicilian charm. We were particularly impressed by the spacious terrace overlooking the sea, the garden is a true retreat with Sicilian trees and fragrant herbs. An immaculately-equipped kitchen, with all the appliances, spices you need for cooking. Comfortable wide beds for sleeping and super fast Wi-Fi. We enjoyed our stay. The house has amazing terrace with the view on the sea and a swimming pool. The place is better for people who have a car but even without it we had a good time: there is a store and a bar in walking distance, also there is bus to Syracuse. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend to book a boat trip that host provides. We enjoyed it very much.

a perfect place for some relaxing days near to the beaches of Avola. And in easy driving distance from some of Sicilies most beautiful cities. apartment really comfortable and very beautiful maintained.

We had a wonderful few days stay. The house and gardens are just beautiful, even better than the images. Ketty the housekeeper was lovely and Francesca was very responsive. The house is situated 15 min drive from Noto so very simple to get to the shops etc. There are no shops/restaurants within walking distance but we were able to drive a short distance to get everything we needed. Would highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful and traditional Italian villa in a quiet and relaxing area.

Spacious 2 floor apartment in a great location, everywhere is walkable and it is lovely to be on the balcony looking out across the square. The apartment was very well equipped and the bedroom is huge with a comfy bed. Bathroom is small but has everything you need. The people managing the apartment also helped me to book a fab boat trip and were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a fab stay.

Our stay at casa Celeste was terrific. Damiano and Adda’s apartment is perfect with all the comforts of home. And that’s exactly how it felt - like staying in someone’s home. Damiano was a great host and super responsive. The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre but we actually enjoyed the all especially after lovely dinners out. Great spot for exploring the area - 20 drive to Marzamemi and 35 min to Siracusa. We also explored the beaches and our favourite was the Lido di Noto. We headed to e end of the beach where there’s tons of parking and it was very clean. Hope to be back again soon.

A stunning apartment and a fantastic place to stay …. ideally situated explore Siracuse and the surrounding sites. It is central, near parking, supermarkets and a host of delicious places to eat. Sara could not have been more helpful and any issues that arose she was speedy in response and did her best to resolve any problems

Great place, within walking distance beach, restaurants, transport. Hosts lovely people , very thoughful and caring, went out of way to help. Would definitely stay there again.
