If you want to have an experience to live in olive garden with a beautiful view of Tuscany's hills and historical city - that's a spot! Peaceful, calm, silent with just a noise of nature (morning birds, owl at night). On ground floor you will find nice kitchen (well equipped) and bathroom (that looks better than on pictures), washing machine, iron, hairdryer, good wifi. On the first floor 2 charming bedrooms with a nice view. Great spot. Truly recommended!

Massimo’s home is beautifully furnished with lovely wooden furniture restored by him and a great collection of art on the walls. The kitchen is super equipped with every appliance & gadget plus fantastic kitchen knives for food preparation - a real bonus! The garden has lemon & kummquat trees and a veggie patch too. Massimo is super friendly & very helpful. Highly recommended.

We had such a great stay at La Molina. Beautiful mountains and forests. Great places to eat in walking distance. Trattoria Luciana is fabulous for home cooked food and a great bar, cafe. Farnocchia as well. Andrea is a really nice guy and responded immediately and was very caring. The house is very characterful and traditional, and well furnished. We enjoyed the log fire, even though the house was naturally warm without it in October. We didn’t need to use the central heating. The parking space by the road is great and you need to carry bags across the bridge to the house, which was fine for us. The river would be a great place to swim in summer. The walking in the mountains is very special. You’d need months and months to walk all the very well signposted paths. We are missing it already!

Firstly, Andrea is such an excellent host and person! We are so thrilled with our stay and experience in Palaia. The small village experience was exactly what we were looking for. A true genuine Italian experience. The food in this town is unbelievable and even has a restaurant with Michelin stars. The Airbnb itself is so perfect. Beautiful garden, hot tub, and pool. The views are so special as well. Highly recommend visiting this place in Palaia.

We had a great stay at Roberta's place! She was super friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cozy, with good private parking. Our dog loved it too! The homemade olive oil she makes was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

The house is very nice and the view is wonderful on the hills and sea. There is a very nice garden on several floors, balcony, table and chairs outside, it is very nice. Heating is paid separately, for three of us we didn't pay too much. The road to get there is typical of the mountains, we had no problems. Gloria is very kind, we recommend Pietrasanta!

I was a guest at Elena's with my wife, nine months pregnant and my 2-year-old son. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful renovated villa and is reached by a spiral staircase. The room is very bright with equally refined details. It has everything you need for a truly relaxing stay: air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, very comfortable bidet and shower, spacious balcony. The terrace is located on the roof of the villa and is reached with external access to the apartment via a spiral staircase (the same one that leads to the apartment): huge, with views of the trees and the Alps, furnished with sunbeds-umbrella and a table where you can dine. We stayed in August in very hot weeks so we used it after sunset. Elena was an impeccable host, generous in advice and tireless in providing us with support. She showed us extraordinary empathy by making us feel great.

Gabriella took wonderful care of us and is a very nice landlady. The apartment has everything you need and wish for: nice interior, towels, products and even something to eat, as well as a parasol and two bicycles! It is very clean and comfortable and the balcony is perfect to enjoy the amazing view - we all agree that we felt very welcomed and absolutely recommend this stay!

Castiglione is one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany, and among the most beautiful in Italy. The accommodation allows a comfortable use of the services offered by the village, located less than a kilometer from the center to offer spaces with privacy and silence framed by the beautiful Apuan Alps. The house is large and well organized Living area with openings onto outdoor terraces and kitchen equipped with all basic necessities included. Sleeping area with 3 large bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms. Raphael is an attentive host, but he does not reside in Castiglione. The lady who was supposed to welcome us was on vacation and so we checked in and checked out in complete autonomy. However, everything went well and the stay was pleasant. Definitely recommended!!!

Stay for Lucca comics Area not far from Lucca, a half hour by car, nearby there are bars/pastry shops for a more than excellent breakfast The apartment itself is very nice, it has everything you need with an eye to coffee pods and croissants that were appreciated Communication was perfect, and Enrico is very helpful, I highly recommend this Host and his apartment!

Thank you, dear Sara, for providing your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access. The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and in the bedrooms, but we are both quite tall. We were able to arrange it very well and for us it was not a problem. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you very much!

We spent three very comfortable nights here. The location and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The apartment is very pleasant and spacy with everything you may need. Egle was very attentive and responsive. She provided us with many recommendations in the area. Egle and Elias care very much about their guests and they really make a huge effort to accommodate you comfortably in every way. Very heartwarming!

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We were a group of four adults and two dogs and had a fantastic time at Lucas place. The property is well maintained and in absolutely private surroundings. The view of the surrounding forest and mountains is beautiful any time of day and the pool is amazing for warmer days. Luca was an attentive host, and communication with him went very smoothly. Our holiday was beautiful and relaxing, thank you for everything Luca and hopefully see you again in the future

We found the place super charming, to say the least fairytale... we would never have wanted to leave... I recommend it to anyone, especially families because for children it is a dream and the space to play and explore is immense!!!!! Silvia is a great host

Slightly remote, but very pleasantly quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. When we first searched for the place, we needed Matteo's help, but then easily found the place. It is about 10 km from Piazza to high (about 700 m) to the accommodation. Near Pasquilino. Just below the tavern La Capanna. The view and the tranquility of the accommodation are exceptional. However, even the mosquitoes have made it there. The house is conveniently furnished and if you are not afraid to wash off by hand, this place is always recommended for you. Thanks Camilla and Matteo, we enjoyed a lot.

Montefegatesi is a very well-kept town. Alessia's house is really well kept and the surrounding landscape is enchanting. It is an ideal accommodation for a retreat in the peace of nature. From Montefegatesi, there are several well-marked routes, even for non-experts. We'll be back!

Great accommodation, super well-equipped. Great location for those who want to have a day in the snow and enjoy the mountain.
