Vacation rentals in Licking

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property in St James. It's in the heart of town and within walking distance to local shopping and restaurants. From top to bottom, this stay checked all of the marks. The property is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Pam is an extremely responsive host. From the moment we arrived, my family and I felt at-home and relaxed.

Had a wonderful stay. Definitely will stay again in the future. Everything was a pictured, host was on top of everything and very accomodating.

Excellent visit! The hosts were wonderful, kind, and accommodating! The location is a bit of a drive outside of town, but if privacy and rolling hills are your desire in the Ozarks, this is a great place! Plenty of space and everything matched the pictures. This was our first time renting an Airbnb. If we are ever back in the area we will stay here again. It's located in a nice neighborhood that's conveniently located close to base, restaurants, shopping, etc. Jayson responded promptly to any questions I had and was very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

Was the most perfect halfway point for our recent move to Chicago! The home was so beautiful and unbelievably cozy and charming. They had snacks for us upon arrival as well as necessities for our pup that stayed with us. One of the best airbnbs I have stayed in!! Has everything you would ever need for a stay in Saint James. The House of Eden (Tim’s place) Is a great little place, perfect for spending a few days together to celebrate or Solider’s graduation at Fort Leonard Wood. It is 15 mins from the base. It has plenty of room for spending time together. Everything was exactly as listed. The Uranus Fudge factory is just down the road. Coltan’s Steak house is on the way to the base and is a fantastic place for a meal. If you and your family are looking for a place to call home for a few days while visiting FLW or attending a loved one’s graduation. This is the perfect place for you.

This was a comfortable 2 bedroom home in a convenient location. The furnishings were quaint and ‘antiquey’ with a bit of charm. It was a great stay!

We chose this cabin for our girls trip to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Our group of 9 had plenty of space and we all slept very well in the super comfy beds. Judy was wonderful and responded quickly to my questions. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short drive but a really nice stove and huge frig to fill with groceries to prepare your meals in the amazing kitchen if you choose to stay in. St James winery was only 15 minutes away(we went twice). But if you are just looking to relax this place is tucked away and super quiet. We made breakfast in the huge kitchen and spent a lot of time on the front porch at the tables big enough for our group to sit comfortably. Ending our days in the hot tub then wine on the back deck was an added bonus. We will definitely be going back if Judy will have us.
