The flat was homely and cosy with everything you need. Caroline was a great host, she is very friendly, honest and attentive. She even gave some fresh hydrangeas which were lovely and nice to have on the windowsill. Me and my partner came down for my birthday to explore and get some peace and quite. Highly recommended the hike up to the top of Beachy Head cliff and the local Thai restaurant was divine. The walk to the beach front is just round the corner, town centre is also walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is actually bigger than the photos. The location is great with nice restaurants and shops nearby and a great connection to London Gatwick and the central London locations

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

Great flat, very clean and well set up with everything you could need in an accomodation. Rhianna was very helpful with great communication.

Such a lovely place to stay! Very clean and perfect for what we needed and as a bonus our kids loved it too! Would definately stay here again when we are down visiting family

We feel very lucky to have found this place. Lousie was always very empathetic. Spending Christmas in Wescott was magical. The place is dreamy. I really miss the bed, it was so comfortable!! The bathroom is spectacular. The lake view. I still don't know if it's real or a dream. Grateful and happy. I recommend this place with all my heart!! THANK YOU

Wonderful stay at Marks place. Vicky was always available for any request and went out of her way to check us in and out. The place is beautiful. Great location and very comfortable for a family and single stay. Very convenient with a parking spot and only a few minute walk to a large supermarket where you can get everything you could possibly need. Thank you!

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

Had a wonderful week in Chloes lovely home. would definitely stay again if in the area. Chloe was always very responsive to any questions being asked. Great location to Kemptown & Brighton shops, bars & restaurants. Beds ultra comfy & fresh comfortable linen. kitchen & bathrooms spotless. such a lovely place to stay & would recommend.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

Wonderful top floor apartment, ideally located. Jo was very clear with her instructions, making the arrival and departure very easy. My partner and I had a fabulous weekend and we can't wait to return!

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

great flat, perfect place to stay when we came for the marathon weekend. the hot tub and sauna were life savers!!

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

This was a fantastic airbnb and we'd definitely recommend. The bedroom was lovely, we slept very well, and the alway-on hot tub was a treat. Very minor points to improve for future guests - the WiFi instructions were out of date and the shower gel container empty

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!
