My husband, daughter and I had a very nice stay. Location is great, reserved parking is a huge plus, and since I was traveling with my 7 month old, it was great to have the pack n play at the Airbnb so we didn’t need to travel with one. Doug was incredibly detailed in his instructions for check in and parking which made it a breeze and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again

I had a great stay at Hector’s place! He was extremely proactive and responsive to all our questions and requests, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to multiple attractions in town, which made getting around very convenient. The townhome itself is well-designed and spacious, with three floors: the first floor has a master bedroom and laundry, the second floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a social bathroom, and an office space, and the third floor has another master suite. The layout was convenient for our stay, providing both privacy and great common areas to relax. Overall, a great experience!

Our stay was fantastic -- the home had everything we needed for our family of four (baby+toddler), and the pool/beach/hot tub were fantastic. We were able to travel to Legoland, San Diego, and nearby beaches very easily. The people around the community were also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and stay here in the future!

Very easy check in, with all instructions clearly explained prior to our visit. This was a very convenient location with lots of amenities that made our experience a great stay!

The place was exactly what we were looking for while visiting family nearby. It was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend that much time there because it was in such a great spot - walking distance to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, and super close to the freeway for going anywhere further. Will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Carlsbad!

I truly appreciate the communication and accommodations that were provided by the host. If you want to be within minutes to all locations this is your place.

This place was exactly what we needed for our family’s first trip to San Diego! We had 7 adults and one baby and this was a perfect set up for us! The amenities and ability to walk to the beach, town, and pickle ball courts made our stay memorable. Would stay again! So safe and such a responsive host. Thank you!!! :)

Was clean and had good vibes inside the resort area

Donna was phenomenal! Responsive, kind and her interior design added a homey, artistic brush to it that truly allows you to appreciate the space which was gorgeous in itself. Spacious inside. Quiet area, very kind neighbors (there was even a very kind duck!). Would definitely stay again and for much longer than a week!

Excellent location between the ocean and the bay. Made for picturesque morning walks to get coffee. Place was great - beds were comfortable. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Garage was tight squeeze but made glad we were not constantly looking for parking. Host was excellent - very responsive and helpful.

*Stairs* Lots of stairs! This details is mentioned in the pictures but I think it should be high lighted a little more. This place is a tri-level with the two bed rooms being on the very bottom and very top, so be aware. Stairs are also a little steep and you have to climb stairs to get to the middle entry level which is the kitchen/ living room. That wasn’t an issue for us and our stay, luckily. We loved the home and the location. It was walking distance to many bars and restaurants, which we loved. But it’s also just off the main drag, so we didn’t get the loud bar music or drunk kids walking around. There was a concert going on at Petco on Saturday- so check the schedule! It was loud until about 11. Ultimately great location and cute home for stair-climbing abled people! :)

The view is wonderful. The townhome is older but very nice. There are two bathrooms both upstairs. There are many games, movies, and even a puzzle! The main bedroom has a lovely window seat and a beautiful view! My bed was comfy cozy. Kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes etc.

The place is located near the Gaslamp District. Only 4 block walk. Clean and well stocked. Lots of stairs. The front entryway goes into one of the bedrooms so we thought some of us leaving in the morning would be awkward but we figured out that the garage door closes on its own, without the remote. Nice little balcony and we had great time.

This was the best decision I’ve made using Airbnb…ever. Great host. When driving into a new area where parking can be challenging, Steve made the process so easy for us and guided us to the place. He was friendly when showing us around and amenable to our needs. The location is incredible. This is my second time in Del Mar and 5th time getting a California beach house. This was the best bang for the buck…far beyond my expectations. The house itself is quite comfortable. No smoke and mirrors, it’s just very nice. I hope to visit again soon

Spent a wonderful week with the kids and grandparents here. Great spot all around - we enjoyed the access to the pools, pickleball, common area to watch sunset and easy walk for coffee. Thanks for a great week.

We stayed at Jacob’s house for our daughter’s graduation. It was a good location and plenty of space to spread out. The apartment/condo was as advertised in the listing

The beds were comfortable the tub was very nice and relaxing atmosphere .I appreciate for accommodating us and communicate very effectively. Had a wonderful stay, the town house was adorable and cozy. It’s in the prefect location in North Park, it’s a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was very friendly and helpful!

We come to San Diego a few times each year and this is our first time staying in Ocean beach. We had 4 people and were very comfortable in this unit. We walked to nearby restaurants. The beach is also easy to get to and a fun area.

This is a great home with 2 large bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms on 2nd floor. Very spacious and open main level and great kitchen, plenty of space to work. It is a great locations very walkable to Harbor Dr, Convention Center, Gaslamp area and Little Italy and the Harbor area. Jordan is a great host, was superb with all communication before and during the stay, and highly responsive to any issues or questions. We did not have any issues with the train noise and slept totally fine. Would definitely stay here again for work or tourist visit.
