Vacation rentals with a patio in Les Velluire-sur-Vendée

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect. The location is great for enjoying the fleet on foot. Playground right in front, ideal with children, the market a short walk away. The house is impeccable. It has all the amenities you need. A parking space that is very convenient in high season. I highly recommend this location. Thanks again!

Excellent stay at Maïa and Johann's place. Tastefully decorated, very well equipped and close to La Rochelle in a small quiet village. A pleasure to be able to have breakfast on the private sunny terrace in the morning. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect 4 night stay!!!! The house is impeccable and very well equipped, it feels at home. Beautiful beaches a 5-minute walk away. The hot tub is a real plus and very pleasant after a day of walking. Magical place at this time because very few people on the island. Yohann showed great responsiveness, great communication, and thoughtful advice. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. A very clean, well equipped and well situated apartment for exploring the many treasures of La Rochelle. Warm welcome from Marielle who was very knowledgeable of all the local amenities. Very good communications with both Annie and Marielle.

Well appointed apartment with secure parking. Comfortable bed. Easy walk into La Rochelle and beach at Minimes with good selection of bars and restaurants. Corinne and son, Reginald, we’re very helpful.

Despite a small 4g of worries inside the apartment we had a great time. It is a very bright accommodation, perfect cleanliness and with a very large terrace. The location is great, 3 min walk from a beautiful very green coastal path that ends up on a beach. Thanks again for the great availability of the host. 😊

A perfect stay in Saint-Martin-de-Ré! We had a great time in Antoine's studio, which checks all the boxes for an ideal stay on Île de Ré. The location is perfect, close to the port and the city center, while being in a quiet environment (early April). The underground parking space, gated and secured, is a real plus for those coming by car. The studio is tastefully decorated, very well equipped and perfectly clean. Everything is new and comfortable, with quality bedding that guarantees restful nights. We immediately feel good there! Antoine is a caring and very attentive host, always available to make sure everything goes smoothly. As for Saint-Martin-de-Ré, it is a city full of charm, ideal for strolling along the ramparts or in its cobblestone streets. Enjoying an aperitif on the terrace by the water is a real pleasure, as is enjoying a good pizza at the Trattoria or a galette at the Saint Mart.
