Vacation rentals with lake access in Les Contamines-Montjoie

We had a lovely lovely stay in Doussard. The house has everything you could possibly ever need, very fast internet, amazing views out of every window and even storage for your bikes . Couldn’t recommend this stay highly enough. Thanks to Claire-Marie and her family for having us . We can’t wait to come back soon ☺️

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

Excellent week last. Suggestion to Geo and Jany to turn down the heating, we were not cold for sure. A little transient road in the morning to hire. Thank you for hosting Geo and Jany.

A wonderful place to stay, in a perfect location. For paragliding and access to the lake, the location couldn't be better. Danielle is a warm and wonderful host, very friendly and helpful.

Accommodation completely as described. Located in a small village where you can find everything you need (bakery, charcuterie, caterer, restaurant, supermarket, etc.). Despite the cold winter, well heated apartment. Lots of stairs but well secured. Excellent!

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

The apartment was absolutely spotless and clean with good quality fixtures and fittings, coffee maker etc. The views of the mountains front and back were beautiful. The BBQ area was well thought out with a covered area for cooler evenings.

What a gem! This place is perfect for a peaceful week to explore this beautiful region away from the crowds. The pristine lake very picturesque with so many hikes in the surrounding mountains to suit all abilities and little villages to visit. Annecy itself is just a 20 min bus ride and certainly the jewel in the crown. A bike ride around the lake is highly recommended, made even more enjoyable with the hire of an electric. Florence and her husband were the perfect hosts, kind and extremely helpful. A highly recommended place to stay.

This was our second stay at Laetitia's place, and once again, it was an amazing experience. Laetitia is such a wonderful host—friendly, approachable, and always ready with helpful information about the location and nearby facilities. Her place is incredibly cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic time skiing in Samoens, and the convenience of the shuttle bus stopping just 50 meters away from the apartment was a huge bonus. Laetitia, thank you once again for everything.
