Shirley's place is cozy yet spacious with a well equipped kitchen. It was the perfect place to spend during the Christmas holidays thanks to lots of Christmas decorations and a hot wood stove. Beds and sofas are comfy. Highly recommended.

Beautiful big house in a quiet location on a lake. Fits 14 with some guests sharing the bottom of a double bunk bed and it was a bit of a squeeze but we managed to get all 14 around the dining table. We had a great family vacation there.

Above and beyond our expectations! The kids loved playing in the loft and the massive beam bag was a crowd favourite. Kitchen table sat everyone comfortably and perfect for all the hours of board games played. TV area in the basement was perfect to watch the hockey games and extra bar fridge handy for our drinks. Kitchen had everything you needed including compost and recycling bins. Beds were extremely comfortable and family room very capacious and cozy. My family has rented many cottages before and this ranks as our favourite, we will be back next year.

Our family group, 4 adults and 1 seven-year-old child, stayed for six nights in July at Serene Lakefront Haven in Val-des-Monts, Quebec. We were looking for a well-equipped home by a beautiful, quiet swimmable lake not too far from our own home in Ottawa. Nadine's place was perfect for us. The lake was surrounded by tall trees and not very deep, which was excellent for our young swimmer. Motor boats were not allowed on it, so peace reigned day and night, and a number of boats were available for us to use. Everybody, young and old (from 7 to 74) enjoyed the lake. Outside there was also a trampoline! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. In addition, there were games and toys for all ages, and the television came with Netflix, Disney Plus, and a variety of DVDs. The house was clean when we arrived and the house manual provided accurate, useful information. Nadine answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. Five stars --- well-deserved!

Kiara’s place is absolutely stunning. When you first drive in you’re greeted by the two most adorable goats! The house is at the end of the road, making is peaceful and private, your own little oasis. While the photos are beautiful the actual home is even better in person! It’s bright and airy and super fun! You have games, fire pit, an outdoor cooking space and the starlink is amazing! I was working and had no issues connecting to all of my work calls / meetings / etc. Kiara is also so lovely! She’s kind, responsive and super helpful! My travel plans changed twice and she was incredible and accommodating! I really can’t say enough about this host and location! I would HIGHLY recommend! You’re also super close to Kemptville for any groceries and Merrickville which has adorable shops. Not to mention a two minute drive to the highway to get you anywhere! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Andrew’s cottage. The place is lovely and super clean. Andrew’s instructions to reach the cottage were very useful and clear. We spent all the daylight hours in the backyard by the river - what an amazing space - so many different options for just sitting around!! My whole family loved kayaking in the river (current is not strong) - kayaks, paddles and life jackets (even kids size) were provided. Our 5 year old loved the trampoline. Sunsets were spectacular. The cottage itself is super comfortable, very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The living area has a large picture window - perfect to sit by, sip a hot drink and watch the geese on the river when it is still cold to be outside. Overall great stay and would love to come back for a longer duration.

My group of 4 plus our dog made a great overnight stay at Lana’s cozy place. The walk around the street was nice and quiet, and although the lake was filled with deep snow, it was a really beautiful scenery. The place itself was nice and cozy with a fireplace to warm us up during the cold night, and had plenty of supplies in the kitchen for us to make a nice dinner. The overall cleanliness of the home met our expectations. About a 40 minute drive to the Village in Mont Tremblant, and a scenic route at that. Would definitely recommend to others! This vacation destination was truly exceptional. We had an extended stay at the cottage, and it exceeded our expectations. The heated floors provided a luxurious experience, particularly during the colder months. The spacious open-concept room served as our primary gathering place, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding outdoors. The private lot further enhanced our comfort. Nikkie’s exceptional hospitality was evident throughout our stay. Her attentiveness to our inquiries was remarkable, from initial contact to last-minute inquiries regarding specific house details. Her friendly and responsive communications made our experience truly memorable. We highly recommend this establishment and eagerly anticipate booking another stay in the future.

Was a great peaceful and secluded location, perfect for relaxation after being on the hills and to unwind, beautiful view of Lake and mountain surroundings. Everything you could need was provided, even through the blizzard they maintained the area so well.

Alison was the best host--incredibly helpful, available and communicative. She handled every question with speed and kindness. The place was just lovely, cute, spotless and filled with every amenity you can think of. It really was like being at home. Our dogs had the best time frolicking in the snow while the hubs and I just chilled with great food, music and Netflix while we enjoyed the gorgeous views. So many beautiful birds, cute chipmunks and even deer. It was just the getaway we needed. Will definitely need to come back in the summer! Couldn't have asked for more.

We had the most peaceful winter getaway at the cabin! The cabin was the perfect place to get out of the city and enjoy the natural surroundings, the quiet, and the snow. We loved having a cozy fire in the woodstove or a hottub soak after a snowy hike or snowshoe at Gatineau Park. What a beautiful place. Thank you Kim and Scott!!

Stayed 3 nights here whilst touring US/CAN for fall. 40mins from Ottawa and a couple of hours from Montreal, it was a perfect location for us. The cabin and lake was so peaceful and pretty during our stay and great for the dog. Would happily stay here again or recommend for anyone doing the same! Merci Michel et Helene!!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was charmingly decorated, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed having access to the kayaks. Very close to Parc Regional Morrissette which has a stunning view! Definitely recommend this place!
