Vacation rentals with a firepit in Les Appalaches

Our stay went super extraordinarily well. It was a friend's birthday and we took full advantage of it. Your cottage is very well equipped, very clean and everything is clearly stated. We would also like to say that we really appreciated the spa the quality of the water and everything worked very well. I want to say this because often this is not the case elsewhere.

Very nice cottage. Quiet, beautiful view. We loved the open area with the fireplace. Three bedrooms, one of which is very small (more for children). Nice stay!

Highly recommended! We loved Dany's place - it's roomy (we were 4 adults), bright, very nicely decorated and super clean. We felt at home and very comfortable. The living and dining room area is perfect for relaxing by the fire or spending evenings at the large table. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped with cookware, dinnerware and cutlery, all very nice and good quality. There were also some cooking basics like sugar, tea, spices, oil, etc. The location couldn't be better; quiet and surrounded by nature yet close to restaurants and cafes and shopping (a short drive). It is also very close to Mt. Orford ski lifts, which worked very well for us as we were there for a few days of skiing. Communication with Dany was easy and fast, as was the check-in/check-out process. Thank you Dany!

Our stay at Steve's was just what we needed. A perfect mix between the advantages of the city and the proximity to the outdoors! and what about the beautiful log cabin! a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature! We'll definitely stay there again!

Outside for aquatic enthusiasts, everything is there. Terrace with fireplace, etc... as shown in the photos. If you are looking for calm, the dock by the lake will delight you; the house is located in the heart of the village which is quite busy and noisy during the day (that's life) but around 8:00 p.m. everything is quieter; everything is central, everything is done on foot, grocery store, etc... You won't have a view of the lake from inside, you have to leave the house and go to the grounds. There was only one exit from the house, no emergency exit, maybe the windows adjacent to the sidewalk were one. I enjoyed my stay, the hosts were very helpful and I recommend it to everyone according to your needs, everything is there.

Such a lovely experience! We were looking for a weekend away to disconnect from the busy city and this was exactly that! Such an eclectic and cozy place. Carol’s amazing, so homey and helpful! Would come back again any day!!

Very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much. The environment is very quiet and relaxing weekend. There's even a raclette machine for a feast at the end of the day 😉

As soon as we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The owners have attention to detail to make the accommodation and site as welcoming as possible. The facilities on the site are perfect and we were able to make the most of them. Shelters with kitchenette, cozy gazebo, natural pool, spa, shower, etc. All arranged in a beautiful natural setting! And the hosts! I fell in love with Harold and Stéphane! They are always available while remaining discreet. They have a nice sensitivity and are attentive to people to achieve a balance of simplicity and efficiency. If you are looking for a quiet place and not too busy (there are usually only 6 guests at a time) this is really the perfect place. If you want to go to a spa but don't like crowds or exorbitant prices... you'll be served. If for you luxury goes through simple things and small touches, you will be delighted. Thanks H and S!

We had a great time at Nancy's place. Everything was perfect. The cottage is beautiful, practically at the bottom of the slopes. Beautiful view of the mountain. Terrace in full sun☀️. Exemplary cleanliness. Well equipped cottage, we lacked nothing. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurie's Havre de paix. it's say it all, close to town for food or anything you need, the chalet is beautiful, peaceful surrounding and well equipped as for outdoor and indoor activities. Laurie is a great host while offering all the necessities for your need that are so welcome. ( we brought coffee and when we came in, there were already good coffee ready for us for the lovely expresso machine for us to use ❤️) that just some small things like this at our stay that make it more memorable :) We will come back for sure next year and recommend to our friends and family!

Very nice family stay. There was plenty of space even though we were seven adults and a baby. The cottage is comfortable. The people of the village are kind and welcoming. For the cold season, it would be nice to have more seats near the indoor fireplace.

Super nice cottage, it matches the photos. Very good location, the views are beautiful and the sunsets are stunning. The chalet is located at the foot of Mont Mégantic Park. You can also walk on Julie and Marc's land. In winter, bring snowshoes to get from the parking lot to the cottage and walk around the grounds. The hosts were responsive and very nice, they greeted us when we arrived. A hidden gem, we'll go back!
