We had a lovely Valentine’s weekend at Lynne’s place. The views from the castle are just breath taken and the flat is really nice and cozy. You can do pretty much everything by walking from there. We absolutely loved it!

This was a great apartment in a centrally located area. The apartment was as described and the hosts were flexible with check-in times. Susie & Amit were very friendly and even dropped off a few baked goods for us to enjoy. Overall, we had a great time in Edinburgh and I would recommend this place to all interested parties.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very central to the city, yet still had that private, home from home feel. Beds are super comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. Craig and Holly are fantastic and super accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them more!

We stayed at Don's for a Stag Do and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment itself is spacious and has plenty of comfortable beds. It has two good working showers and a great communal space. There was 14 of us and we never lost hot water or struggled to move around. The location of Don's apartment is ideal as its a 10 minute walk away from Princes Steet where the shops and restaurants are. Also only a 15 minute walk from the Tram Stop which is great for getting to and from Edinburgh Airport. Also 5 minutes down the road is the Grassmarket where there are plenty of bars. We also found it very handy to have a sainsburys opposite the apartment. Don was very helpful too. We asked for an early check in which Don agreed to for a small price. When we arrived Don was there to greet us and gave us useful info on the surrounding area. He was always very quick to respond to us aswell through messaging. Thanks for a great stay Don, would definitely stay again if up that way. 👍

My partner and I visited Edinburgh for the first time last week, and Dawn's place was a wonderful place to be based- our walk into town most often was via the Water of Leith, which we felt extremely lucky to be so close to. The apartment was very endearing and felt cosy and warm at the peak of winter, as well as having everything we needed. The wood burner and shower were much appreciated by us both (good water pressure is important for me haha) and we'd love to come back eventually :)

We had a super nice time. Everything was easy to reach. The apartment is super equipped, well maintained and you feel just like home. Check in with David very straightforward, host is always friendly and responds quickly. Keep it up:)

Spacious flat in a good location, few minute walk to tram stop to get to central Edinburgh. Airbnb is very clean and modern. Beds are really comfortable contrary to lots of airbnbs we have stayed at. Secure underground carpark. No issues with noise at all during our stay. Would highly recommend.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at Veronique’s place! Everything was perfect - smooth check in, spotless and beautifully decorated space. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful. Communication was excellent, and every detail made us feel right at home. A wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 4, a home away from home. The listing is as described, it had all the space needed and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare late night suppers and a wonderful living room to chill in during the winter nights with my family… and the location, it is safe and secure, and with Morrisons just minutes away, makes getting groceries and supplies so so convenient. We had a car and parking was right at the doorstep. Botanic garden was really close by and city centre was a quick drive away. I will not hesitate to recommend this listing to anyone esp since communication with the team was seamless and if I return to Edinburgh, this will certainly be my top pick again!

Loved this spot!! Super cozy and chill, the large living room was perfect. We did forget about the 4 floors of stairs we needed to take up, and we heard some late night parties going home pretty clearly through the window facing the street. Overall a really great stay!

Fiona was an incredible host, we had an issue leaving something in the house once we’d checked out… Fiona answered the message within a minute and helped to sort the situation with ease. The house is lovely and so much better than the pictures ! A beautiful place and we will be returning !

Really enjoyed our time in Edinburgh in this location. A 25 min walk from Waverley through New Town to get there or a short taxi ride. We planned to go to the bakery opposite, which at the time wasn’t open on Monday or Tuesday and were amazed by a long queue on Wednesday and Thursday mornings before it had even opened. Stockbridge is only a few mins away with some great bars and restaurants and M&S Food and Sainsburys Local if you can’t find what you need in the local store. We caught the bus to Leith which was really easy with the bus stop very near by. The flat was cosy and easy to find and as described.

This is our second time staying at Jackies flat and it was as good as the first time. Clean, spacious, fully equipped, convenient....the list goes on. We didn't use the parking space this trip but it's there if you need it. Cafes and restaurants a few minutes walk away and there's a cool pub St. Vincent Bar just around the corner. Very friendly staff. The Sunday Stockbridge Market is 5 minutes walk. But the flat is a great place. Can't recommend it enough and Jackie is very responsive to messages.

Jing's space is really excellent. Not very trendy or anything (but we didn't look for that either) but huge, cozy and within walking distance of everything you want to visit in Edinburgh. A somewhat earlier check-in was not a problem (because there were no guests in front of us) and that saved us for a few hours dragging with luggage. All in all an excellent Airbnb !

We had an absolute amazing time in Paul's place!! The view was incredible. Paul was extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing first experience in Scotland at this lovely Airbnb! The location was ideal, just a short drive to shops and only a couple of minutes' walk to the beach. Matt has truly put his heart into this home, blending modern comforts with charming historical touches. The cleanliness was impeccable, earning a solid 10/10, and we absolutely loved the enormous vintage metal bathtub. Chasing after Matt's playful chickens added an unexpected adventure to our stay! Plus, being pet-friendly made it even more special. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean, decorated beautifully and we had everything that we could have needed. The apartment is well situated and only a short walk to princes street and Edinburgh Waverley so the perfect location to explore the city.

Couldn’t ask for a better location to explore the Royal Mile. Everything is walkable and there’s no shortage of restaurants nearby. The Rocksalt cafe is right next door and is excellent for breakfast. The flat is very well decorated, cozy, and had everything we needed. The only downside I can think of is the size of the shower. It’s a bit small for tall people but it’s somewhat to be expected with these small flats in this location.

Really lovely accommodation. Immaculately clean and lovely decor. Thought of most things to make it home from home. Great location for exploring the local area and wonderful views from the living room. Would definitely rebook this place!

We had a great stay at this airbnb. It was located in a great spot near the local attractions. The pictures of the accommodation were accurate. Khanna was quick to respond to messages and helpful, and we didn't have any problems with our stay. I would recommend this airbnb!
