This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. Every little detail was thought of, from cozy linens to a fully stocked kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The location was perfect close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still peaceful and private. 7 of us stayed at this house, and it was the perfect size. It’s close to a lot, we loved the games + fishing, and we liked that there was a washer and dryer. Definitely recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of seven adults without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the furnishings, beds, and linens were all very comfortable. The pool was a lovely bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The photos accurately represent the property, and Jason was quick to respond when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. All around, a great place for a group stay—highly recommend!

Dean was extremely friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this host and house. It was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds, plenty of places to relax by the pool and the house layout was great!

Our stay was fabulous! The house was just perfect for our multigenerational family stay. We all really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space was set up well for everyone to enjoy. There were also 2 burrowing owls with a nest in the yard and we enjoyed watching them from afar.

Carter is indeed a "super host"! Very responsive and addressed all of our requests. This location is excellent value! Lots of space to base your SW Florida trip from. Top tier fitness facility, very nice pool, a paved path around the pond that is perfect for a run, fenced in modern pickle ball and basketball courts, very comfortable shared outdoor space for the occasional rain day, plus fire tables that throw off heat when the sun goes down. Grilling is an important criteria for us...this facility did not disappoint and only 5 minutes from a Publix is very convenient. We used the facilities daily and made several day trips to the surrounding area including Fort Myers Beach. We would stay again.

Amazing place !!! Extremely clean, close to the beach, amazing place

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

This place has been amazing - it looks just like the pictures and felt right at home. Fort Myers Beach is just a short car ride away and it was a great starting point to reach the other locations we wanted to explore. Bed was comfy and it had everything you need - especially the beach gear was awesome! Would recommend and come back - Thank you :)

5 Star Apartment, everything you need in a very nice place. Also highly appreciated was the great service from Daysi and her Husband during our vacation with Informations about great places nearby.

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.

Very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The apartment was newly redone with good taste. The outside was large next to a canal, great place to read. Julie is very knowledgeable about the area and friendly.
