We would have stayed longer. This accommodation makes you feel at home quickly. Equally pleasant environment. Perfect location to have a good time on the bay. Corine is a very nice, responsive person who communicates very good recommendations.

Great stay! We were 3 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. Space was enough for us. The holiday residence is pedestrianized, which is very nice with the children. Listings on site are spaced enough to ensure the comfort of everyone. The indoor heated pool is a real off-season, the children enjoyed it. Finally, the landlord is very kind and responsive. We recommend +++ ☺️

Great stay with friends with our children. Betty had given us a long description of everything we could do in the area, it helped us a lot. The cottage is really very nice, very clean and well-equipped. We loved staying there. The check-in instructions were clear and on Sunday Betty called us to find out how our stay went, adorable! We stayed at Valerie's for 2 months (mid-Jan to mid-March). It was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Our favorite feature was the nature preserve right behind the condo. Twice a day, every day, our dogs enjoyed a 2 mile loop, off leash, on a dirt road and path, along the beach and through the berry brambles. Doggie heaven. Within a quarter mile walk are a patisserie, several restaurants and the train station. The market (which is daily, even in winter), town center, and everything you could need are within a mile. Arcachon and several supermarkets are a short drive away. Valerie was so helpful! She even upgraded the wifi when it was too slow for Zoom to work well! A life saver! The kitchen has everything you need (both a Nescafe and a drip coffee maker), the shower is roomy, and the washer and dryer work very well. We highly recommend la cabane du littoral!

The charming Kalymnos home was perfect, warm and welcoming. I got the sense the house has been in the family for several generations where much fun was had. The king sized bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me! We felt very at home cooking and eating in the dining room that opens to a beautiful garden with a pool under the deck. It was too chilly for us to swim, but we enjoyed looking at the pool. We used the available bikes to ride a trail next to the Arcachon Bay and visited the Antique Market which was full of cool antiques. In the evenings we enjoyed the short walk from the house to the bay to watch the sunsets. We wanted to experience a community near the Arcachon Bay where French locals live and play. Isabelle’s home gave us that experience. Merci!

We had a very nice week with family at Olivier's place. Olivier is a very smiling host who warmly welcomed us. The decoration is really very nice and immerses you in a holiday atmosphere! On its Recommendations we also rented bikes that were delivered to home, and enjoy the cycling path to the beach. The only downside regardless of the listing: pollen, if you are allergic, take precautions . In short, we recommend this place!

Everything was as described, the house is beautiful and in a great location. We had a lovely stay with family and will be happy to return!

The house lives up to the listing, everything is of quality, from the bedding to the cutlery to the bathrooms. Really very satisfied with the stay in this quiet and relaxing place. This is a fantastic house which is beautifully designed, comfortable and well equipped. It’s spacious with lots of places to sit and hang out. The pool is large and clean. The house is in a traditional oyster port in front of a canal. We found it fascinating to observe the farmers and learned a lot when buying fresh oysters from them. It’s a pleasant 50 minute walk to Arcachon which we did several times. There is also a train that takes 4 minutes. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Would strongly recommend staying here.

The cottage is very nice and absolutely recommended. It is lovingly furnished and the furnishings are well thought out. The floor plan is very suitable for a relaxed and restful stay. Even a basic set of spices and vinegar as well as oil are available in the kitchen. Also dish soap, etc. In addition, detergent was also available for the washing machine. We felt very comfortable and were happy about the well-functioning air conditioning on some days, when it was very hot. The whole house is a highlight, but especially the terrace and the swimming pool to the south side as well as the outdoor kitchen are a great pleasure. In addition, there is ample space for several cars on the property without any problems. The landlord Patrice is a very friendly and accommodating host. He communicated excellently, was always available and always responded within a very short time when we had a question.

We loved this quiet and very private property. It was the perfect location - 5 minute walk to Horizon beach, 10 minutes to a well-stocked Auchon grocery store, 10-15 minutes to the daily marché and loads of restaurants and shops. Marie was a responsive, friendly and responsible host. Several light bulbs died while we were there- in a bathroom and two bedrooms- which was a bit odd but not overly problematic, and they were out to replace them within minutes. One thing that didn’t quite fit the description was that it’s not what I consider central air conditioning. There are two large wall units in the living and kitchen area, and 1 in the upstairs bedroom that cool down those spaces incredibly well. The 4 downstairs bedrooms do not have units and it got warm back there on the hottest nights. We slept with doors open to get what we could out of the AC which wasn’t ideal. It’s not a deal breaker for us, but could be improved with fans. Still, overall, an excellent stay!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet environment. Very well arranged (there is everything you need) and large enough. Very well located, close to the beach, port and small shops. We did everything by bike (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon...) thanks to the many bike paths. Good communication. We recommend!

We had an excellent experience at Virginie’s house. She and her husband were very welcoming and introduced us to the house warmly and efficiently The property itself is beautiful and well designed. Lots of details have been thought through and crafted as they should be, making living there easy. The space distribution is optimal. It’s also very well equipped from kitchen to outdoor equipment. My family and I had a fantastic week in Caroline’s apartment. The apartment is right in the middle of Arcachon so very well located to get to all the shops and restaurants. The best part is that Caroline has bikes that we were able to use and so we made the most of exploring Arcachon and the surrounding areas on bikes. There are cycle lanes everywhere so it was very safe for the kids. Helped by a great week of sunshine we could not have asked for much more from our stay.

We loved every second of our stay at Guillaume‘s impeccable house. Every bedroom has their own ensuite bathroom so it’s great if you’re travelling as a group. The terrace facing the canal is beautiful and cosy. The kids enjoyed the pool, trampoline, and many games they found in one of the bedrooms. The neighbourhood is quiet but there are plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s only a short drive to Lac Cazaux. This is a great place to relax with enough activities close by (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon, Cap Ferret) to keep you entertained for a at least a week. Guillaume is a perfect host, always quick to respond to messages and happy to provide useful recommendations. Everything went without a hitch.

Very pleasant stay in a cozy accommodation with all the comforts and nice decoration. the most plus the environment, well-organized private area to feel safe and at home, quiet and very relaxing accommodation close to the pine forest.

Enjoyed our stay, the house has charm and allows a real disconnection to fully enjoy the holidays. The neighborhood is very quiet while remaining quite close to the beach or the sncf station for example. There is space to park several cars which is very convenient. Mosquito station, very many in the area come prepared. Thank you to Stéphanie who was our point of contact during our stay who was very kind and available.
