Beautifuly furnished house ,perfect for a weekend with friends. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained & just what we needed to relax. Jo was a friedly & very helpful host ,I would recomend anyone to come & stay at this beautiful peaceful location . Thank you for a lovley weekend at you tranquil home .

We went to York for a creative retreat and the house was the perfect backdrop for firing up creativity and imaginative whilst having lots of space to relax in the evenings. Everything was as listed, clean and homely, and any questions were answered promptly. We'd love to stay again!

Convenient location. Well equipped kitchen. Kids said their beds were very comfortable. As stated on the listing the stairs are steep and with the bedroom doors on the landing, I did worry about our sleep walker but all was fine. Lots of takeaways to choose from after a long day exploring the city. Thanks.

The house was as described, in a brilliant location for visiting York centre & the racecourse for Park Run. We had everything we needed at Paul’s house, it was warm and cosy and the welcome treats were lovely. We may return another time!

We visited to celebrate a big birthday and the house more than accommodated the 10 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a whole cupboard of board games. The hosts were welcoming and the house was stunning.

Centrally located, clean, easy access, if you are thinking about this place take it.

Our 2nd visit to this apartment and next year will be a must. Amazing hosts, so accommodating and flexible in terms of their approach to our stay. Could not wish for a better apartment, perfectly clean, comfy bed, all the amenities you would need and a perfect location to see all that York has to offer. Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

Conveniently located for centre of Harrogate but you need transport into town if have mobility issues. There are 2 steps inside the flat from one level to another (to the toilet) which will be a problem for some people. Flat is well-furnished and comfortable. Having off-road parking is a big plus. We had a lovely time and would use again.

Would 1000 percent recommend if you want to just chill or a romantic breakaway , absolutely spotless , we got a anniversary package and it was stunning , so pleased amazing for the price , amazing host , very friendly and helpful , jaccuzi with the tv amazing touch, and the sauna amazing ! Had the best night away will definitely be back

From booking right through to check out communication was great. Incredibly detailed and clear instructions provided and regular checks were made to see that there were no issues. The apartment was spotless, incredible views and some lovely extra touches/treats provided (which were very much appreciated - thank you!). Highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

Second time we've stayed at Grace's. Peaceful area and Chapel Allerton is a great spot to visit.

Well positioned for transport links various places to eat an drink fish an chips shop over the road walk on the leeds Liverpool canal and also a couple of parks to visit one drawback is quite a few steps to negotiate getting in to the apartment

Bumblebee cottage is an absolutely beautiful place to stay just perfect! Such a welcoming little home. Georgie was fantastic and even left a birthday cake for my son what a wonderful gesture. Thank you again georgie would highly recommend your home to stay in x

We were visiting family very close by and needed a place to stay as a base. This was perfect for us. Check in was easy, instructions and info provided was helpful and really appreciated having some milk in the fridge for tea when we arrived. + Had a great day out in Saltaire at the converted mill which I’d highly recommend if visiting the area too. Local history, Art, excellent book store, amazing home store and good dining options.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

A lovely stay - it felt like a home away from home with everything we needed under one roof. Lovely and peaceful, tucked away but easy to get around the local area. Joanne was incredibly helpful and was on hand as and when we needed anything. Thank you again!

We enjoyed our stay at Laura's place very much. It was a great base for a busy couple of days but would also be good for a longer stay. The flat is located in a beautiful leafy Georgian square and, though in the heart of Wakefield it is very quiet. The flat itself is thoughtfully converted and very spacious. There was not a speck of dirt to be found throughout. The furnishings are simple and stylish - nothing more needed as the beautiful original architecture defines the space perfectly. We appreciated the comfortable bed and great shower. All instructions and information were comprehensive and straightforward. Laura was responsive and friendly. This was a great find for us and we would definitely return next time we are visiting family in the area. Thank you Laura!
