Amazing stay! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a party of 4 or less. Beautiful pool, kind owners, and very clean which was a pleasant surprise. 10 out of 10

We choose this condo to be close to my sister who is in the complex. The complex has beach access, great shelling and a nice pool. Serge, the host, sent us a message to ensure we checked in and let us know that we could him, if there were any issues. The condo is just like the pictures. Great patio to watch sunsets! Several of the restaurants have returned to FMB but some are in different locations. We enjoyed eating at Doc Ford and Fresh Catch again. We of course had to go to Docs in Bonita for their pizza.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the strawberry daiquiri. Everyone felt right at home, we were a quick 5 min walk to the beach and there were so many items provided that made our beach experiences perfect! If we were to have a beach house of our own, this is the style and the location for the beach house we would want. In the evenings, hanging out in the house was perfect as the climate control was easy for us to use making everyone comfortable, including our toddler while he slept. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Fort Myers Beach. I know our family will certainly be back and we are already looking forward to it. If we were to chose anywhere else to stay, it would be at another property by Sara and Goltz Enterprise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Jesus’s condo. We were just a block from the beach (east access) and had a great time. We had a problem with the keypad on initial arrival and Jesus was there within 20 minutes to help us. He also gave us a key for the week in case it happened again. Jesus was a great host and I would highly recommend booking with him and the cozy condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is roomy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It's close to everything on Pine Island, and the area is very walkable. Sharon is very proactive, and gives lots of practical information in the check in instructions. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was one of my favorites in a long time.

This is my second time staying in one of David's properties, and as always, it was a wonderful experience. I can always rely on immaculate accommodations that are just as described.

The place is exactly as advertised. Everything you need is provided. Deb is easy to contact. She obviously wants her customers to be happy ! It was a real pleasure to stay there.

I hurt my leg just before the trip. The balcony saved my sanity while I spent days resting my leg. I really liked the place.

My sisters and I loved this home! We really appreciated the coffee bar and snacks after our long flights. It was super adorable and thoughtfully furnished. Plenty of cozy blankets and individualized space for us to spread out. I would certainly recommend his home.

Everything was exactly like it was listed. It was perfect for our 3 week stay. They were very responsive to any questions we had.

We enjoyed our time in the apartment. After the recent cold spell in Florida, the pool, which is not heated, was a bit chilly, but that didn't stop us from getting in when the temps got up to 80. Lourdes helped us with great local recommendations for walking trails and restaurants. Check out was a total breeze! Thanks for a great stay.

Great location, clean and exactly as the photos. I had difficulty getting into the room the first time because the lock tells you to use fingerprint but you need to slide down to activate the numbered key pad. Also very very important, they direct you to park on 3rd floor free parking, make sure you do!!!!! We got towed on 1st floor. We knew to park on 3rd but building employee told us it was fine to park anywhere, it’s not. Also after booking you are required to be verified by another 3rd party agency. I really wasn’t happy about it but it is required for insurance purposes. Air B&B is not sufficient. I would stay again. Location is amazing and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay in this Sanibel condo! Amazing ocean views and easy access to the pool/beach. We loved having 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with kitchen & laundry. Our son enjoyed meeting up with friends at the Marriott across the parking lot. We also loved visiting the restaurants & beaches in Sanibel & Captiva across the Causeway. A lovely getaway with enough space for all to work & play!

couple minor hiccups to start the stay, but Chris was incredibly responsive and took care of the hiccups right away. definitely recommend this host.

The Mermaid Oasis is a beautiful , peaceful resort. .. Patricia was a wonderful host .. everything you could possibly need she has provided . There is a lot of rebuilding still going on in Ft Myers .. but nothing that caused delays or inconveniences. The restaurant right next door ., Flippers .. was wonderful ! Would definitely book again … great stay !

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

Val was great and responsive. The place was as billed and matched photos. It was the perfect spot for a little rest and relaxation. Fort Myers is definitely still in recovery mode with a lot of construction but it never inhibited anything we wanted to do. Would definitely go back.
