Everything was GREAT, we'll be back . The house is functional. The pool, sauna, foosball, ping pong and swing delighted young and old. The rooms are nice with good bedding. the house is clean, well equipped and tidy. bikes are available (with a pump just in case). Also, the weather was with us to enjoy Cabourg , Dives and Houlgate.

A holiday home that surpasses expectations! Very recommendable!

From the first moment, we felt very comfortable in the house of Claudie and her husband. They personally welcomed us on arrival and showed us everything. They themselves were very unobtrusive and you always had complete privacy. The house is situated in a beautiful large garden in a very well-kept neighborhood. The pool is always neat and clean. The house is absolutely lovingly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired as a starting point for excursions in the region. Calvados Ideal you are immediately everywhere and have no long journeys. Many large supermarkets are just around the corner. An absolute recommendation. We will be happy to come back.

What a wonderful stay we had! Traditional chaumière with a lovely heated and covered swimming pool. This is the first time we stay in such a generously stocked and equipped holiday home and we do travel a lot! Amazing kitchen with nothing missing! Plenty books to read for all ages! Very dog friendly too with large dog beds and blankets. Secure fencing and huge garden! Our labrador retriever did not want to leave! Valérie is a very friendly and welcoming host. Thanks for the local beer, biscuits and well stocked teas, coffees, etc...and for being so so dog friendly Hopping to be back, thank you Valérie!

We had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our plans, and we felt very comfortable as a group of four. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Superb family stay in this huge and beautiful house, with impeccable cleanliness! Emma was at our disposal and attentive before our stay and throughout our stay. The view was amazing, with a large plot, heated swimming pool and pétanque terrain that we liked very much! I highly recommend it. ☺️

We spent a very good week with our hosts. The accommodation is very well located, close to the beach and the city center of Houlgate while being quiet in a pretty subdivision. The hot tub and tranquility were a plus! Referring to this great place to stay.

Celine’s house is wonderful! Spacious, extremely clean, stunning bathrooms, lovely dining and sitting areas - could not have asked for more. We made it our base as we spent the week visiting the Normandy beaches and it was an ideal location. Very quiet, great supermarket about 10m walk away and a lovely village feel to the area. The beaches are stunning too. The school next door posed no problem at all. The house has excellent double glazing so there was no sound from the school. The children are in by 8.15AM and had gone home by the time we returned around 4PM. You will not be disappointed with this great house and location.

Ideal house for a family with children. Everything is designed for a great stay. For children with their space either indoor with all the games or in the large garden and for adults by the quality of the decoration and services. We highly recommend this very clean rental or we had a very nice weekend. It is also important to emphasize Olivier's availability, responsiveness and kindness.

The house is great, located on a quiet street, very close to the wonderful sandy beach. There is a cozy sunny terrace, otherwise the garden rises very steeply. The pictures of the premises all corresponded to the actual condition. The whole house is very cozy, with lots of family photos and very nice personal things. The children's room is super spacious, the 2 bedrooms upstairs due to the sloping roof a little narrow but completely sufficient. Slightly disturbing was that the toilet flush was very loud in the bedrooms, but had the advantage for us that our teenagers then woke up in a timely manner:-) All in all, it was a completely successful stay for us.

Every year we have a family weekend during All Saints' Day. We are around 15 participants each time, and Charles's place is well suited, since it has 7 bedrooms. Thanks to the wood stove (wood provided), we were able to bring heat under the veranda, and thus enjoy a larger living space. We would recommend this listing. Finally, Charles is a welcoming and caring host.

We had a fantastic 4 nights here. the location was perfect for a tour around Normandy in all directions. The walk to Veules-les-Roses along the beach (check the tide times) was wonderful. as others mentioned the bakery up the road was brilliant for bread and breakfast pastries. Thank you both for your hospitality!

Very good stay with Nelly and Michel who were very welcoming, attentive to our well-being and that of our dog. Very well located house not only for access to the beach but also for a nature course in the marshes.

Justine's place is comfortable, very pleasant and in a good location. Everything was as advertised and the welcome was very nice. A great experience, I would recommend!

In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The interior of the cottage is modern, with new furniture that adds to the comfort. The value for money is quite satisfactory. The cottage has largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

We visited with 2 young children and the place was perfect. There were lots of toys for the children, and useful items like cots, a baby bath, and high chairs. The place was spacious and quiet, and the kitchen was well equipped. We felt very at home and would stay again. The host was very kind and responsive to messages and checked in regularly.
