On the contrary, the decor is warm and there is nothing missing either for the bedding or for the kitchen and table. The environment of the house is quiet and ideal for starting walking or cycling. Excellent stay. Welcoming and helpful host. Well located accommodation in peaceful area with fenced private garden. Pool access and city center 10 minutes, walk, from the accommodation, very appreciated. We will be back again.

Guillaume welcomed us with great kindness, always very specific in his explanations. We had an apprehension about the college located behind the house but we were quickly reassured, and even benefited from the calm and garden, well protected between the college, and a few houses on the other side ... It is a great house to recharge your batteries, and enjoy the Landes, go to the Basque Country, and go up on the other side via Cap-Ferret. It's a little corner of Paris.

The accommodation is ideal for a group of 12 people, spacious and well-equipped. Thanks to Maryelle for hosting us and for being available.

A place that I loved and highly recommend because the accommodation is close to many different outings, it is spacious and close to the beach which is a real plus and it filled my weekend, without talking about the bed(mattress) which is just incredibly comfortable! We had a great time at Virginia's. Her welcome and home are at the top and perfectly true to the listing. We were able to use his family's bikes to ride around the pool. This is probably the little extra that the other listings don't have, and that matched us perfectly for this stay.

Our stay at Danielle’s apartment was lovely. It was spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was great and the pool was big. Danielle was a great host, she kindly picked us up from the station and gave us local recommendations. I would recommend staying here.

very well appointed and clean accommodation. we really enjoyed the outside with its different corners to relax and the tranquility of the place. the city center and the beach are within walking distance, parking for the car is very useful especially in high season. I recommend this rental to guests going to Biscarrosse.

We had a great long weekend in Gujan-Mestras and Guillaume's apartment was an integral part of it. The apartment is just perfect! Everything is as it appears in the pictures, only that reality is even better than in the pictures. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Cap Ferret is a beautiful spot out of season. Paulin's apartment is nice, even in winter, with its large south-facing covered terrace that can be enjoyed at the slightest ray of sunshine. And the loan of bikes is really a plus. We were lucky enough to be able to walk on almost deserted bike paths. Paulin is a very responsive host and we were able to taste his bread and delicious pastries.

This apartment is cozy and comfortable, with a large living space and easy to manage with an easy entrance with no stairs. There was working AC in all areas and the pool was great for a dip after a long walking day. The Jardin Publique is so close and so beautiful! Every nice high quality and very nice quiet neighborhood. It was extremely quiet at night. The TV worked well and we enjoyed family time with our son, his wife and our granddaughter. There are stairs in the main house area but the bedroom with comfy and the bathroom larger than most. We loved our stay!

Great stay! The apartment was clean, quiet, functional, tastefully decorated and the view splendid!! The beach and the bike path at the foot of the apartment, great. Great restaurants by the water nearby. Krystel has a sense of hospitality and detail to make sure everything goes smoothly. I would recommend it, and for my part I'll be back 😊

Very good stay! Ideal apartment to visit Arcachon! Harbor within 10 minutes walk and city center within walking distance! Great location to visit the Bassin d 'Arcachon! The apartment is as described , comfortable bedding! We were very well hosted , flexible check-in and check-out is a real plus! A host very attentive to her tenants and who takes care to communicate about the work in progress! We will be back!

Pleasant apartment with a beautiful terrace on the front line of the Bassin. A coastal path invites you for nice walks. The Aiguillon district is lively and full of attractive food shops.

The location is ideal, the apartment is convenient and nicely decorated and the exterior is exceptional. In addition, you will be greeted by a beautiful cat who will come to make you papouilles. I will happily go back this summer!
