Vacation rentals with a patio in Le Tech

We liked the apartment. The amenities are very good, everything we needed during our multi-day stay (e.g. Coffee maker, several towels and hair dryer). If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out, the answers were always very quick.

We stayed at Ekterina’s place for 3 nights and the apartment was very clean, cozy and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids even had some toys to play with. She communicated very clearly and in a responsive fashion. We’d do it again. It was very nice.

Excellent 2-storey apartment, with everything you need. As indicated in the photos and in the description. A terrace that on less cold days will be a wonder to be able to enjoy it. It is recently renovated, everything is new, very nice, very well cared for the details, it makes you feel at home. Samuel is very friendly, quick response and very good willingness.

The place is very comfortable, it has everything for you to feel like home, I was traveling with my 5 months old baby and the place was perfect, Francois provided a crib and a changing diaper mat. Location is 10 min walking from the center, it's very quite so you can sleep well. I recommend it.

The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need to cook and be well. The AC worked wonderfully and the ceiling fan is also grateful for the night when we stopped the AC. We loved the garden, with its hammocks and night lights, where we could relax when the heat went down and its space with barbecue, where we made a delicious paella. The location of the apartment is very good since Fortià is located right next to the Aiguamolls de l’Empodà Natural Park, and 10 or 15 minutes from the beaches of Empuriabrava and Sant Pere Pescador and very close to Figueres where the Dalí museum is located. It is a very quiet village in the middle of the Empordà plain, surrounded by fields. Morning walks have been magnificent among the fields of sunflowers, cane and cypresses. The hosts , Juleanne and Xavier were very close and attentive at all times and we will keep very good memories of them and our stay their house.

Very quiet house, away from the urbanization and with everything you need for a few days of relaxation. Giant garden for the little ones and the not so small, solarium and pool for the summer, large tub for a relaxing bath of up to two people, extra large queen bed, ... It is appreciated that there was oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, for whom we usually forget about these important things to cook😅. Donny was always attentive to my messages and was very decisive.

Stunning nice and functional little apartment with wonderful sea views. Small downside to see the shower joint because it flows outside. We really enjoyed the setting. The house is very nice, the dining room and the garden with lots of sun.

the place is great for a family or friends reunion. Luz is extremely helpful and ready to help and fix any issues with the house.

Antonia’s house is wonderful! We had an amazing one week stay at Antonia’s and even extended it for two more days because it was so great. She was very kind to advise us on local services and throughout the stay she was always very helpful and responding immediately to our messages. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures, located in a picturesque and quiet street. Supermarket, stores, restaurants, plazas are all walking distance while the beach is only a bike/ bus ride away. Thank you Antonia and Amanda for a lovely stay, we will definitely come back!

Charming and cozy tastefully decorated townhouse! Close to shops and restaurants, you can either go to the slopes thanks to the gondola (10/15 min walk) or very quickly by car (10min). The little extra, the ski equipment rental companies are right in front of the cul-de-sac. Very well equipped, the house offers a garage that can accommodate a medium-sized SUV. If your vehicle is larger than a 3008/Q5, outdoor parking is still available in the condominium. The large balcony will allow you to have coffee under a plaid watching the mountains and the two bedrooms allow you to isolate yourself from children in the evening:) Thank you again Rob and Sophie, not to mention Pierre for the welcome and for your availability! We had a pleasant family stay in this very nicely decorated apartment where you quickly feel at home. The accommodation is a 20-minute drive from Font Romeu ski slopes.

I had a pleasant stay in this clean and well decorated apartment,perfect for 2/3 people. Ricky responds quickly to any questions. Accommodation also very well located, 5 minutes from the beach. I highly recommend it!

We spent the end of the year night here. Sunrise with these views surrounded by nature is an incredible feeling. We were very comfortable, the house is beautiful and we have not lacked anything. The host has left us a good memory and took care of us to the last detail. We felt very welcome and will definitely be back

A very nice accommodation, a very well-equipped kitchen. Ideally located on a street in the old town, without the noise of cars, very quiet. We had trouble understanding how the pellet stove worked the first night, but thanks to Francis's instructions, we managed to get a reasonable temperature, which might seem too cool for some in winter. The large windows give a very appreciable brightness that highlights the large spaces of the accommodation (larger than in the photos). The children's room with the small staircase gives a cabin feel, they were delighted. We loved the area and will definitely be back. Thanks Francis and Valerie!

Accustomed to rentals on the site, for artistic swimming trips, very pleasantly surprised for the accommodation offered, ultra modern, sense of detail, neat decor, I felt at home. Value beyond what I expected! Thanks Lucyna 😊
