Vacation rentals with beach access in Le Marin

We had a lovely stay with our two children aged 10 and 6. The accommodation is very functional. Stéphanie is a attentive host who was able to adapt to our arrival schedule to welcome us. I would this property.

A peaceful stay at Anthony's place. The environment is quiet, large terrace for meals. Everything was very clean and the apartment well equipped. The A/C works perfectly, so does the TV. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear. The accommodation is very simple, but well located and clean.

Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

Beautiful villa with a safe and peaceful neighborhood. A good place for a family stay, everything is done to relax and have a good time! Thierry is very responsive and attentive. If you want to enjoy the south of the island and its beautiful beaches I highly recommend Thierry's villa!

Great spot in the middle of nature with views of a corner of the sea between the trees that grow at sight, Mount Pelee and sunsets! Small cove at the bottom of the house at the end of the path to get in the water with the board... Ideal! House very easy to run, a few amenities are a little faded but nothing serious. Rodolphe answers all questions in less than a minute and always with a lot of kindness. Anyway, nickel. Great vacation, we'll be back for sure!

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

House at the top , very bright , as described , in a secure residence and very quiet positive point about the concierge Caro, who was very attentive, very smiling and very professional active. The only downside was the visibility of the neighbors above.

As mentioned in the other reviews, Chantal ( and her husband) 's welcome is just perfect: warm and caring. The little touches she left were much appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. The place was impeccably clean and well organized, perfect for two people. We particularly liked the garden without vis-à-vis, which offers beautiful tranquility, as well as the large covered terrace, very convenient to enjoy the evenings, even in case of rain. Another highlight: just cross a street to get right on the beach, which is a real luxury! The first shops of the village are also very accessible: only 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes walk, along the waterfront for a most pleasant walk. This is an address that we treasure for our next visit to Martinique!

great recent house. quality equipment in the kitchen, appliances (2 coffee makers, cordless vacuum, large fridge freezer...), nice dishes covered glasses. doses of salt pepper oil coffee tea... offered, very convenient. very nice house and easy to maintain. beautiful tiles, central island. Large closets and beautiful bed linen in the bedrooms. nice decor. small room lamps. quality bath sheets super clean. large sofa. large terrace (with table and low living room) protected from rain. laundry rack. Spa easy to use the happiness of my teenagers. Welcome by Stéphane flexible on the appointment time and return by lockbox very convenient to leave as soon as we were ready. Around the donkey cove with a recommended car. We are demanding and delighted with our stay. 😀

We just spent 15 days in tribe mode with our children and grandchildren (4 and 2 years old). The house was perfectly suited for this configuration. There were toys available and the pool was secured by a barrier for small children. The environment of the house is great and not noisy (no roosters!) . The house is really nice and well equipped, ideally located near interesting sites and beaches. A car is recommended to fully enjoy Martinique. Beautiful and spacious apartment with a great view to the beach. Has all necessary amenities, good restaurants and nice beach in walking distance. Host was very responsive and gave me local tips. Highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Very nice stay we had at Gilbert's! The studio and location are perfect, 5 minutes from surf breaks. Gilbert is a proactive host who gives lots of tips for great getaways! It makes you want to go back!

Family stay, 5 people. accommodation large enough not to step on it. the 2 bathrooms are very useful. well-equipped accommodation. top floor with a great view. A real plus to be able to enjoy the services offered by the residence (swimming pool, restaurant, supermarket, laundromat)

The apartment matches the photos. The kitchen and bathroom are very well renovated. The shower is great and the wifi works great. The proximity to the beach is a big plus because you can easily cool off after the various visits to the island. The geolocation of the apartment is perfect for visiting the island on one side, as on the other. Thank you Sandra!

We had a great stay, the location is very nice. The apartment is wonderful and has everything you need and more. Literally one minute away from white sand beaches and tons of restaurants and bars. Really great and wonderful host! Amazing!

It's amazing that it's such a difference between arriving at the house and opening the door of the apartment. The house sits on a roundabout where there is a lot of traffic. But as soon as you enter the house, you won't hear about it! You open the door of the apartment and the direct view of the sea is just OMG!!! A fantastic view! The apartment was clean, Cynthia can be reached at any time. We had brought our snorkeling clothes and were a little disappointed that the jetty, the only access to the sea, was broken. In the apartment you absolutely need a car, there is no supermarket within walking distance. This was not a problem for us, we had a car that can also be parked comfortably in the underground car park and was very close to the apartment. When the dock is repaired, it is definitely a dream apartment and a recommendation from us. We enjoyed the tranquility, view and privacy!
