We had a great Christmas at the villa. This house is amazing. Very warm, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Valentine's place is great! Warm, super functional, extremely well-equipped! The pool is great, the garden is well exposed. We were perfectly welcomed and Valentine is a super host, pleasant and available. We had a great stay there with our 2 children (6 months and 4 years) , it was perfect! The house is quiet without being too far from the center, the sea or shops. Recommended

Excellent stay in Vaux sur mer. Very good hosting. Perfect villa, very nice, very well designed, very well equipped and above all very clean. And finally: "the pool"!!! A great plus. I would highly recommend this rental.

Very clear announcement that allowed us to plan it right away. The rental is true to this one: high quality and very well-equipped; clean and extremely well arranged (spacious with part day vs night, 3 bathrooms, master suites); close to the beach, shopping malls while staying in a peaceful location. We had a great time with friends and children and thank Fabrice for his hospitality, availability and thoughtfulness.

Very pleasant stay, in this spacious and clear house, with the sea 400 meters away, and the countryside all around this pretty residential area. A pleasure for the whole family!

Beautiful! One of the best airbnb rentals I've been able to do during my trips. The house is very nice, the cabinets, drawers and other cupboards are full of utensils and equipment of all kinds very useful. Even better than home. Everything is there. The bedding is perfect. The place is very quiet and the sea a few hundred yards walk at the end of the cul-de-sac. A wonderful Christmas stay. The only downside is that the bedrooms in a row have to go to the rooms to live from the outside so as not to wake other hosts. Not a concern in summer or winter for us but can bother some people. Everything is quality and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Thank you very much we would love to come back again .

We had a pleasant stay in this house with exceptional services (the house has quality amenities). An owner takes great care of his hosts. The accommodation is close to the port beach, shops and market. Everything is there for a dream vacation.

A wonderful place to take a big family holiday. Lots of space in the house and it had a really unique design and feel that made it comfortable and stylish. The outside space was perfect with multiple seating and dining areas along with a fantastic pool which children and adults all enjoyed thoroughly. It's not often you can please everyone but all our family where seriously impressed. The local area is very local, so off the beaten track for most Brits which made it even more enjoyable. We would all stay again thats for sure.

We were able to have a lovely time with the family for Christmas at Corinne's place. Ideal for a grouping with its 7 bedrooms, it is very well equipped and perfectly as described. Spacious, it allows everyone to isolate themselves if needed while having fun together. In addition, we were hosted very well and the exchanges were always very friendly. We wish Corinne and her family the best in the future.

The property is amazing - very spacious and well-appointed and furnished. The pool was a great addition. It was in a calm and peaceful location (easier to find from Google Maps vs Apple Maps) although it was still 2 minutes away from a major supermarket. The two fridges and freezer and ample storage made it easy to sort our things considering we were a few different families there. The check-in and check-out process was amazingly flexible. 10/10

We had a wonderful week with friends with 3 toddlers, Sandrine's house is very beautiful, perfectly maintained, convenient for family and the pool is superb! Who + is the place was very clean with all the comforts you need, Brief to book without hesitation Thank you ☀️

We spent an amazing week at Anne’s house in Fouras. Even with the temperatures a little on the low side for September, there were plenty of things to do and the house was amazing to come home to and cook or grill some fresh fish or mussels from the markets and stores in the area. Would definitely come again.

Great stay in Etaules! Jérémy welcomed us very well, he gave us very good tips on activities and places to visit. He was very responsive to all our requests and present in case of any problem. The house was also very good for 8 people, very large garden with a pool that delighted us. We recommend renting!

Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . Super U or Intermarché 5- 10 minute drive for shopping A great location We will be back! Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for the responsiveness . See you soon
