We had a great weekend! The accommodation is very nice and we were able to enjoy the spa after our hike 🌞

Everything was perfect! Impeccable accommodation, well appointed, quiet , ideally located for going into town or by the lake; vehicle safely parked for free; Super sauna and very pleasant spa when returning from hiking! We had a lovely stay!

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

We had a great time. The place had everything you needed to have a great vacation. We had the opportunity to enjoy a large part of the estate, which was more than welcome with our dog (he had this best vacation). Very close to Lake Paladru, we spent our time between the lake and the pool. Brigitte advised us on the good restaurant plans around the lake to conclude a relaxing stay. We had an amazing weekend for my 30th birthday in this perfect place for a large group (there were 27 of us). The place is very nice, well laid out and fully as described. It has everything you need for a great stay. A big thank you to Cyril, who was very available and responsive whenever we had a question. We will come back without hesitation!

We came for 3 nights for 4 with 2 children, The place looks awesome Quiet, beautiful and warm. Lesley's animals make the kids dream. The house is beautiful very good taste . Everything is at home. Very peaceful, the recommended restaurants are great ( for those test) The breakfast offered by Lesley was delicious again thank you. We loved it

A host who takes care of everything! A super quiet, cozy and very well-equipped accommodation. The farm products you can buy nearby , even delivered to your home are exceptional . We highly recommend.

Weekend off-season (February), we enjoyed the calm and direct access to the lake shore. The host, although not present on that day, was very responsive to our requests and prepared the listing accordingly. Very friendly before, during,, after, it's nice! The accommodation is nice for two, or four with children as long as they can be in a upstairs bed. Please note that you have to go through the very small children's room to access the parent room. Great bathroom and kitchen perfectly furnished. Dishes in bulk. In good season the outdoor space must be very pleasant. Perfectly fenced for your four-pasted pet. Hiking departure points are accessible by car nearby. The configuration of the lake, on the other hand, makes it more difficult to walk (road). A beautiful find with a very nice host!

The chalet de Lise is comfortable and very well-equipped, located on the heights of the quiet village. Lise is responsive and accommodating. We had a great time, we recommend it.

Very welcoming hosts and great sympathy. The accommodation is warm, in a very beautiful peaceful environment. Close to Annecy city center. Many hikes are to be done around offering sublime panoramas.

For this 2nd stay at Sabine and Bernard's, everything was still perfect! The cottage is welcoming, impeccably decorated, convenient and well-equipped. The environment is conducive to rest, relaxation and walks, but close to Annecy and ski resorts. This is our favorite place on Airbnb! Thanks again for the super nice welcome.

Central ground floor apartment with garden. Perfect place to stay to visit Talloires. Close to beach, cafes, restaurants and bakery. Also easy from bus stop. Loved our stay here. Evelyne was really helpful and had baby crib ready for us. Would recommend and will come back again.

We spent some time with the family at this gite. The place is cozy, quiet and restful. We arrived in November so the activities offered nearby were rarer, which is normal but this is not what we were looking for. We were able to enjoy beautiful walks with the fall colors and local tranquility. We were hosted very well and our host was always available to advise us and make sure our stay goes smoothly. The tour of the farm and its biscornus animals was a treat for the children. They still tell us about it. Thank you so much for hosting us and your recommendations.

Impeccable work stay, clean accommodation and as advertised, very friendly host, responsive, available. 3 nights spent traveling. Excellent network for use of the phone or pc. Quiet. I recommend it without hesitation, we will take over this accommodation as soon as we return to the area.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a lovely weekend, the host Eric arranged us well on the check-in and check-out times. He was attentive and always available for any questions. The accommodation is clean, in very good condition with all the necessities. The pool and view were much appreciated! We'll save the address for the next time.

Comfortable house, ideal for groups or families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen is very functional, we have found everything we needed. Bucolic and peaceful environment, large garden. Easy communication with the landlords who are well accommodating. We had a great weekend, thank you!

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

We rented Sebastien's cottage for two for four days and had a great time! The cottage is cozy, well-equipped, very clean and you feel good there. For a winter stay, the fireplace is a big bonus! The location is ideal in the heart of Les Bauges, in a very quiet area but still with a bakery within walking distance.
