Barranca de Arachania is a quiet place, with sounds of birds and where the house is located, there is very little traffic. It's recommended as a break. You can walk to the beach. The super is a few blocks away, in that sense you need to get around by car. Car service prices were normal (January 2024). The grill that has the house upstairs is very enjoyable, from its windows you can see a house some distance away and the beach, so the view is nice. Another positive aspect is that the apartment in this barn space is material and the car is parked downstairs, so it's 100% in the shade. The person who gave us and received the keys was very punctual. We recommend the place, we would come back

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We found it immaculately neat and tidy, and the host was always attentive to our arrival to welcome us and show us the house. It's close to the beach and is a very safe family area so we never had any security problems or anything. There is a lot of privacy. We definitely recommend it and would go back.

The house had everything you need and working. The owner was always pending and the girl who looked after us (Yazmina) was a genius.

Susana was a great and very flexible host. Her place is clean and in a good location. The beach is just across the street which was very nice. Susana let us check out later, which was also very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Susana.

We went for 4 days, as soon as I arrived I realized that I had not booked enough days! A very beautiful place. My 7-year-old daughter enjoyed seeing the animals in the area, the teenagers enjoyed the pool and the space... although we might think they would get bored, they have a lot to explore. To connect with nature, and hang out looking at the stars at night. They prepare good food. If you like cooking, you have everything you need to do so.

Amazing design and a very peaceful setting. A truly special, casual luxury experience, enjoying the sunsets while relaxing and watching the horses and cows graze in the distance. The house is stylish and very comfortable, with everything we needed... plus a really nice pool. Note that some of the nearby shops and restaurants are only open on the weekends and it's a good idea to have cash. Patricia's helpful directions made it very easy to find and check in. We wish we had stayed longer!

Beautiful house, cozy and with everything you need. In an ideal quiet and natural environment if what you are looking for is peace and tranquility. Everything shown is as shown in the photos, but getting in and seeing is even better. Instructions for the home are clear and respectful to the environment and ecosystem. The stay was really wonderful, they make you want to stay to live. You can enjoy the silence with natural sounds like birds, crickets, and chicharras. Visitors (butterflies, lizard, hummingbirds, horneros, etc.), make the stay even better. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely 4 days at Valentina's house. While when we arrived the cleanliness was not impeccable, which I told her a couple of days later, she always showed good initiative and willingness to fix. He was always very friendly but his responses were delayed (which clarifies the app in the accotación "usually respond in 3 hours"). The house is beautiful, although the first impression by the cleanliness theme was not the best, we set out to clean and then everything impeccable. I would improve in addition to the cleaning that does not offer bed linen or towels, I think it would be a plus valued for the price that is paid. That's why my 5 stars don't go. Everything else is excellent. The super well equipped kitchen with everything one needs and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooms have excellent views and the deck area is the best with the view of the mountains. I recommend it! :)

I must admit that the photos don't do justice to what it really is, you have to live it in your own experience! A natural, quiet and spacious environment makes you slow down and forces you to rest. Walter was always attentive to my messages and responded immediately. He recommended going only if you have your own vehicle, since it is in the countryside, and taking all the provisions with you. With food and water, you don't need anything else. The place invites you to sit and take in the scenery.

Everything is very good! Good disposition and the location is very good, we fish pejereyes in the enchantment. The crockery is fine, the mattresses very comfortable. We didn't realize we were bringing savannas but we accommodated ourselves with the blankets. They also had ice ready which was excellent! hehe. we watched a movie by netflix on the tablet thanks to the wifi that had good signal. thank you Andres and family.

Our stay was extraordinary. The house has a strategic location in terms of the view, the window is like a living painting. It is isolated, in a dark area, among trees and surrounded by nature. The house is functional and has the basics to spend a few days relaxing. Sheets, towels, and basic items such as PH, soap, shampoo, and food or cooking ingredients must be brought. It is also necessary to have that in winter you have to order firewood as it is the way to heat the house. Anyway, the host will notify us of all these details and is for you. Some latches and locks are loose and the upholstery is clean but stained. On the other hand, the house is pet friendly, so it is logical that it is not impeccable in that aspect. We went with our pets and that it's pet friendly is a plus. We 100% recommend this place and appreciate someone sharing a place as unique as this one.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Ignacio was always very attentive to what we needed. An important aspect is that it has beach chairs for everyone, umbrellas, towels and sheets. Bicycles. Everything you need for a perfect stay.
