Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lausanne District

We had a beautiful family weekend. The chalet has lots of charm and corresponds to the description. It was very clean and we could fully enjoy it. Unfortunately, we couldn't/didn't want to use the grill because it was so extremely dirty. But we will be happy to come back ☺️

The chalet is perfectly located (close to the center and the train to the ski runs) and very spacious. The small basement room for skis and boots is really convenient. The bedrooms are pleasant and well decorated. The bedding is comfortable. The room to live is spacious and cozy. The mountain views are breathtaking. The Nordic bath and sauna are a real plus. The only downside is the kitchen. It's small and could be refreshed.

We loved our time here. The house is in the most beautiful surroundings. We can’t imagine a more peaceful place to relax in.

Very spacious, clean and nicely equipped loft. The fireplace made it very cosy. Superb service and helpful people.

An amazing host with a matching chalet… highly recommended!!

Nice functional studio located close to the center, but in a quiet neighborhood. The host provides necessary kitchen and shower equipment. Nice restaurants and bakery around. The apartment is uphill but close to a bus station for those who cannot climb.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, tidy and full furnished, and the host was super responsive. The location is also great, with a bus stop a few meters from the apartment. The city center is a 10 minutes walk from here. I would totally look for this place again if I am ever in Lausanne!

We spent a month in this beautiful little house by the lake, with a big patio and very comfortable furniture. Carole is an outstanding host; very considerate and quick to follow up when needed. We had a wonderful time at Carole's place in Lutry!

The apartment is well located for a discovery of Laussane and matches the description. Tidy and maintained the same for common areas. We had a lovely stay in a lovely stay.

We had a magical stay, everything we wanted. Nice cosy unit but spacious with lovely fireplace(we were a family of 4). Pictures does not do the views justice, it is breathtaking. We were also blessed with snow followed by lovely sunny days. Close to ski slopes and close to restaurants and shops for your daily needs. Communication was very easy and Giles and his family welcomed and supported us throughout our stay where we needed them. One of the best stays and experiences we had.

Perfectly cleaned, which is rare and much appreciated! Useful welcome set of hand soap, dishwasher liquid, tabs and sponge, as well. Interhome's management of the apartment was great, everyone was friendly and helpful, despite a clearly busy holiday period. The apartment itself has a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, the kitchen is well equipped with high quality appliances.

superb family rental! favorite for the pool, the kitchen was very well equipped, the spaces were very warm and large . We had a great stay we recommend. the castle of Gruyères and the bubble village are within walking distance. the pathway even was cleared of snow.

We stayed here for a few nights with 4 people in August and loved this compact property. It is as small as described, but everything is very well thought out, and you have plenty of outside space to enjoy (including the swimming pool, for a modest extra fee). We chose to eat at the house nearly every meal, to enjoy the outside space and the view across the lake. The owners are very friendly with just the right amount of contact, and clearly work hard to maintain the property and grounds. Highly recommended.

The chalet is nicely furnished and spaceous. The views are incredible and the surroundings offer nice hikes (from easy to demanding). We will definitely consider to come back :D

Lovely comfortable apartment, very well equipped and very clean, very good bedding. Nice meeting with Anne and Manfred, who are very available hosts, they live next door. We had a great time in Chavornay.

Had an absolutely fabulous week at Jane & Robin’s home. My wife, kids and I just didn’t want to leave. The home itself is full of warmth and peace. The garden is just fabulous with views of Lake Geneva and the mountains. I could spend weeks sitting there, sipping on wine and reading a book. The kids loved the massive trampoline and the stand up swimming pool. The whole house was extremely comfortable, lovely dining table kitchen, tv area and bedrooms. You definitely need a car and in any case anyone coming to the Montreux area should rent one. By car there are fabulous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within 5 mins of the home. I definitely want to return to this piece of paradise - let me know when it’s available again, Robin and Jane!

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!
