Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

This place is great. The bed is super comfy, there’s plenty of room, and I cannot say enough about the neighborhood. It’s safe and quiet but has so much to do with great shops and restaurants. Owen’s Fish Camp is a must. Highly recommend this place. Denise was a great host and communicator.

We enjoyed our stay with Gertrude Rentals for our babymoon. Our unit was on the bayside, but it was a nice walk to the beach. The instructions for everything were easy to follow and thorough. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we didn’t use the pools, but they would have been convenient to use. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals on one day. We also enjoyed the convenience of the private beach with chairs and lounge chairs provided. All of the amenities made our stay so easy and fun.

Suzette was super friendly, flexible and responsive. This was the easiest place to get in and out of. The place was comfy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful, safe and quiet property. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great vacation. The place is beautiful with a spectacular view of the Gulf and literally steps from the beach. And it was very clean - from the kitchen, the bathrooms and the bedrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations of restaurants and other local places to visit and things to do. We hope to come back soon!

Great location with wonderful views. When we were at the condo we spent all of our time on the lanai. Condo had what we needed for the beach and kitchen well supplied for cooking at home days. Close to the village. Convenience of walking to the beach was the best thing. Morning walks, afternoon swims and evening sunsets. Perfect!

Susanna’s place was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in the area. Beds were comfy with plenty of extra pillows. So nice to have a full kitchen to prepare meals. The balcony overlooking the little pond was lovely. The pool however, was closed while we were there, maybe because of the chilly weather. I’d recommend bringing your own drinking water, as well as keurigs for the machine, and some plastic silverware since there are only a few in the drawer. We felt right at home, and had a 10min drive to the beach. Susanna laid out clear instructions and was easy to communicate with via the app. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo is beautiful and very well maintained. The property is quiet and easy to get to attractions in Sarasota and surrounding areas. Property owners were informative and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

Absolutely loved the condo… the patio views and sunsets, the location (a mile or so from downtown and great parks) the walkable area to the best margaritas and good food at Wicked Cantina! We will definitely stay here again!

Monica is an excellent host who's condo felt like Home the moment I stepped inside. It has a very warm and welcoming energy, and the vaulted ceilings give the space an airy and open feel. This is the second time I've stayed at Monica's and her attention to detail makes the place cozy and comfortable. Shorewalk is in a great location - the complex is quiet, safe and convenient with natural views of trees, wildlife, and water, and the view from Monica's lanai is the best in the complex. It's a quick drive (minutes) to Sarasota Bradenton airport, IMG Academy, the beach, and downtown Bradenton. I've thoroughly enjoyed both times I've stayed, and I'm looking forward to staying there the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Monica is an amazing person and an excellent communicator, and I highly recommend her home away from home for your next getaway; for a few days, weeks or months. It is my first choice when I'm working in the Bradenton area, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were close by (the kids loved that) and the walkway to the beach was a huge plus. The place itself was just as described. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking with John again if we decide to visit Siesta Key.

Lea’s place is absolutely beautiful! Can we talk about kitchen? Literally everything you need, Which was a huge plus. Everything is within walking distance. My kids had a great time at the pool and fishing in the back. Very peaceful by the water. 10/10 ! The location of Lea’s place was an absolute lifesaver. This place is exactly how it is pictured and exceeded my expectations when I walked in.

Fantastic place. We have stayed at a ton of places, this was the best, most intuitive and well appointed pad. Great kitchen with all the basics and more. Great views and super quiet. My only reservation is providing such a stellar review will mean this place is unavailable when I need to next visit Sarasota. Mean it!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Leslie was an amazing host – communication was smooth, prompt, and so friendly throughout. The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures – clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel right at home. The house was better than the pictures - location was perfect for short random trips to the store. It was easy to baby proof the house with littles. It was so clean that it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Thank you guys!

This place is comfortable, in the perfect location and worth its price. You get what you see with this place, we spent 20 days here for work. It was like a home away from home. I definitely recommend staying here. The neighborhood is one of the best parts about this place, everyone waves and is as friendly as could be. Super safe.

it was a pleasure staying in this home. it was exactly as pictures described. it was in a nice neighborhood on a golf course. the home was clean and we felt right at home. we asked for alittle later check out time and we were granted alittle extra time which we appreciated. we will rent again when in area. thank you

My Wife and I stayed here for two day getaway to see Anna Marie Island and the surrounding area. It is positioned very close to AMI and yet still very reasonable in cost. Bettina was always very responsive. The place itself was easy to find, extremely clean and we loved how the furnishings made it have a homely feel. Too many good things to text but suffice to say all the things we needed were provided. We now know we have a place to stay when we return to explore more of the area. Thank you Bettina!

Beautiful open floor plan home with a super comfy couch and comfy king size bed!! Wonderful screened in lanai. Easy to get to everything. The hosts were so great. We appreciate their hospitality so much!
