Vacation rentals in Lathones

The cabin was lovely and cosy and my partners favourite part was the wild bats that came out at dusk near cabin 1. The hosts were also super helpful and were always just a message away when we needed assistance on charging our car.

We have had a wonderful stay with our friends. Ages from 9-50 and we’ve all enjoyed the house and there’s so much to entertain us all! Caroline was helpful, even when we had car trouble. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have somewhere to enjoy their time with friends with loads to do and lots of room. The outside space is great with a park just over the wall for the kids. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Only improvement I could suggest is some gin glasses for the bar- but that’s being very picky! Thank you Caroline.

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

We had a great time in this beautiful house. Very comfortable and well equipped. Such a brilliant location a short walk to the beach and lovely private outdoor space to enjoy if you get sunny weather like we did! Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning. Ideally situated for a coastal walk into St Andrews. The caravan is pure luxury we had everything including milk and orange juice. First class. Will definitely book again

We visit St Andrews several times a year and always stay in apartments when visiting our daughter. This was by far the nicest we have stayed in as it’s so clearly stayed in by the owners and wasn’t as clinical as some others. Nicely decorated, Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and well equipped kitchen and the added bonus of secure parking. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops and beaches. We definitely hope to stay here again.

David was great to work with and has a lovely, private home. It was very clean ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying there!

Perfect stay. Richard and his wife were super friendly and welcoming on our arrival and showed us around and gave us recommendations. Sparklingly clean and spacious 2 bedroom maisonette Extremely well equipped and in a very quiet area. Highly recommend place.
