The thing is comfortable and very spacious, the location allows you to move easily to where you want and it is very quiet, without hesitation I would return.

A good stay, quiet place, the pool water was cold at the beginning but it really improved the other days... excellent communication with the host who was always on the lookout and answered our requests very quickly. A quiet and relaxed stay that was what we were looking for.

We had an unforgettable weekend, even the neighbors treated us kindly, everything was great, thank you so much for the hospitality, I'm sure we'll be back!!!

The place is better than the pictures show. It's spotless and every room has a TV. Some people complained of noise, we heard absolutely nothing and we are light sleep. The host was very kind and understanding with our requests. No doubt every time we return to GDL we will try to stay here again. Absolutely recommended place for the place, the host and the area that had everything.

Perfecto location with an unive (park) a block and a half away for my dog. We felt very comfortable and secured. Loved the fact that there’s a small store 2 houses down that you can get drinks, ice and snacks. We were very comfortable and pleased with all of our accommodations…

The home is perfect for a large family. We liked the area. It is very quiet and accessible to tourist areas. Good communication with the host, quick to respond and very kind.

Great place! Not as clean as expected, Missing some kitchen utensils and some issues with the sink but great overall. Great location, great restaurants, very convenient near everything essential. Will book again.

The department was excellent, very complete and comfortable. We had everything we need. Alexis and Elena were very accessible with the time of arrival, and that we arrived an hour later than we thought. They were also very flexible when leaving. Having security and a drawer for parking is very convenient.

Everything is very good, Jaime was always attentive and attended to our needs. They also supported us to have the pool at an excellent temperature and with the clean water during the stay.

It was a good experience in accommodation of Alberto was always attentive to us, the house was spotless, very clean with details that gave him a plus for example the mosquito repellents that were very useful, I can highly recommend it.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s home. He was prompt to meet me and give me a full intro to the home. The location is amazing just a few blocks from delicious restaurants, beautiful architecture, sculptures, artisan crafts, and shops. My favorite aspect of the home is the large garden area with outdoor living space that feels like an extension of the interior of the home. The second terrace was also an amazing bonus space. Spacious parking is a plus. Fits a large group easily. Everyone in the family loved the space. If we ever come back to the area I will be happy to book here again. It is a very serene and beautiful home. Communication with host was great.

Abif's apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in the south of Guadalajara. The location is excellent whether you have a car or use public transport. The main avenue may seem a bit chaotic, but the subdivision is very safe and quiet. The hosts were very nice and responsive to my doubts. 100% recommended
