Very good apartment, all new, ocean view, has housekeeping service every day. The building has all the amenities in good condition and with impeccable maintenance. It is a two-bedroom apartment, it is equipped for 3 people as indicated in the listing. We had a great stay, I would definitely come back! Best regards

Tiana gave us all the coordinates to enter the building, on the day we arrived ended up having a problem with the parking ratchet, then we need to enter to register the sign again and in the end it was a problem with the turnstiles… apart from that, the whole stay was perfect! The apartment is beautiful, the condominium is wonderful and it is located on top of a mall (where you find everything you need). We'll be back for sure! And Punta is charming, we recommend with your eyes closed 💛

If you have doubts like I xq recently that is and has few comments, keep tranki q everything is better than expected and deserves more than 5 stars. It's hard to find something the same or better. The host instantly answers all the doubts, the place is the same or better than the photos (see the sea everywhere and you hear the waves from the rooms). Super bright. Cute views wherever. Spacious balcony. Hiper equipped to go to live. The dpto, sheets, towels, super clean. Only a little smell of confinement was noticed when we entered but with a ventilation the other day it was resolved. The workers of the re attentive building!. The building has 2 income by stairs, and the slope by the garage but. It has 2 large elevators. It is in front of the beach (and there is to rent chairs and umbrellas), and if you walk you can reach another one in the brava, and the mansa. Down there is a restaurant. It is 2 blocks from the termi and a super. 1 from Shopping Mall. We'll clearly be back!

The apartment is in an ideal location, close to everything and surrounded by cute bars and a few blocks of both meek and brave beaches. The amenities are very good (heated and outdoor piletas, gym and quinchos - the latter with additional cost). the carport is covered. Interaction with hosts was quick and friendly in need of any kind of assistance. Highly recommended for 2-3 people

The apartment is much better than the pictures show. The host and his wife were waiting for us and were very kind to show us the apartment, which is well equipped. Special highlight for crockery, cups (water, whisky), crystal glasses (wine, champagne) and tablecloths new and in sufficient quantity to welcome friends for lunch, dinner or happy hour. Ample, with great division and a beautiful view of the sea, as it is on the 11th floor. Traditional building, with excellent maintenance of the common areas, good location, with bakery and coffee next door and supermarket two blocks away. Staff of the helpful building, polite.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Piriapolis, without a doubt Luis's accommodation is the one indicated, for convenience, both in the space and in the location. Luis and Ricardo (their father) some geniuses, I had a problem with the app and they waited for me until I was able to fix it to make the reservation. The place is identical to the pictures!!! The grillero is excellent, the rooms are super spacious and the living room is excellent. Undoubtedly on the next vacation we will come back to stay with Luis.

Very nice house, ideal for several couples as it has a lot of comfort, all the rooms are spacious and have AC, closets and dressers, 3 bathrooms inside the house and one outside next to the grill, great for daily use when you are at the barbecue and pool. The barbecue area is fully equipped and has armchairs and a hammock to rest and enjoy the outdoors. Marcelo was super friendly and attentive from the beginning, being available at all times to make our stay impeccable and we didn't want for anything. It's the first time we've stayed in this house and we would choose it again, because we loved the house and the amenities, but above all for Marcelo's attention. It was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've had when choosing a place to stay, highly recommended!

This house in Punta Ballena is absolutely gorgeous—truly, the pictures don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning backyard that leads right to the ocean. The pool was big, clean, and incredibly refreshing, perfect for relaxing during the day. At night, the view of the stars was breathtaking. Inside, the house is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers amazing views from almost every room. The satellite TV was a nice bonus, but honestly, with scenery like this, we barely needed it! If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, this place is perfect. We’d love to come back!

We spent beautiful days in a quiet and pleasant setting. Bruno responded almost immediately and always showed the best willingness to resolve issues that will arise. Very good experience.

The house is very nice. Very good location, quiet neighborhood. In the house all spotless, very good layout. Very functional and comfortable. And Natalia is a genius. Super flexible with schedules. And I was quick to respond to any questions. Hopefully we can come back soon!! I recommend it.

Very well located apartment, close to the main points of interest, very comfortable, great bed, very clean and smelling. Well equipped kitchen, good shower, super comfortable room. Place to feel at home. Unico incoviniente was the somewhat cramped box.

Recently I was privileged to stay in an amazing apartment in Punta del Este, and I want to share my experience. Since we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of the place. The apartment has been completely renovated and recycled to new, and everything is spotless. Each corner reflects attention to detail and care, making it a very nice place. The location is excellent. But what really breathes is the view, it's second to none. It's undoubtedly one of the best views you can imagine. Also, I want to highlight the kindness and availability of Andrés, who was an outstanding host. Highly recommended to those who want to rest and enjoy some incredible days in Punta.

The location is perfect close to beaches, malls, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Romina's attention was excellent. Always friendly and attentive. It's a place to go back to.
