Very nice house and very comfortable. It totally matches Mane's description. The place is ideal for going in large groups, as the spaces are spacious and comfortable. The house is well equipped, and everything works well. It has ceiling fans in almost every place that is appreciated. Mane is an excellent host, very attentive to all requirements and always worried that the stay is perfect, which makes things a lot easier.

The place is beautiful, just like the photographs. Comfortable and has all the kitchen accessories. The lake is in another sector in front of the cabin but it is easy access and has keys to enter directly. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool is large , only it is shared and its water was quite dirty 🥹 but the rest was excellent . We loved it and will definitely be back

If you want some down time, this is the place. It's close to Ruta de Vin and about 30-35 minutes to main town of Santa Cruz. Location and isolation was fine for us. We loved the old construction, the wine tasting provided to us by Matt and the wine he produced. My only FYI would be 1) no breakfast is included. I recommend this be removed from the amenities on Airbnb as we were not prepared to make our own breakfast since it is posted on the website that breakfast was provided. 2) We also noticed that the place needed a good cleaning; sink splatter on mirror, handles of all sinks need to be wiped down, glass in shower cleaned with proper cleaning agent, spiderwebs cleared, windows need a good cleaning, exterior need to have cobwebs swept. We know the priority is the vineyard and while we loved staying here, these little things would increase the value worth of cost. Matt was absolutely wonderful and as winos, we really loved the wine produced here. We would recommend.
