Our family of five with a dog spent a relaxing holiday in Chiara's cottage with indescribably beautiful views of the sea. This was within walking distance. We found the house in a very clean condition. A special highlight is the terrace on which we spent cozy evenings. We were greeted by a large fruit bowl of local fruits. You could reach Chiara at any time, which has also enriched us with helpful tips. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated house, on a large enclosed and wooded lot, as described. The house is well equipped, you immediately feel comfortable there, the place is peaceful and the nearby beaches are wonderful. Glenda was available and attentive, again a big thank you to her and Manuel for their kindness!! This is a place we would definitely recommend and will be back as soon as we can!

A lovely and perfect clean house, the garden is perfect in shape. You can feel the love the owners put into the place. There is a very good beach 800m down the road. 1,5km down the road you find osalla beach that is better for very small kids that can‘t swim. A pier is protecting from the waves here. In Orosei you can find everything you need. Very helpful and friendly hosts

Pleasant week at Alessandro's. His house is functional, pleasant to stay in, the rooms are large except the kitchen is a little tight. The outside is the bonus: outdoor kitchen, pretty garden, beautiful terrace. The first "beautiful" beaches are located at least 30 minutes' drive away. The airport is 20 minutes away, as is the center of Cagliari. The house is ideally located to travel all over the south of the island but it will take you 45 to 90 minutes by road each time... We visited Pula, Chia, Villasimius, San Sperate, the islands of Sant'Antoccio and San Pietro. A big thank you to Alessandro, very responsive, welcoming and who always responded to our requests.

The house is by the beach … perfect 🤩 The marina di Tertenia is very quiet and the mountain views are beautiful . We had no neighbors in both houses next to ours , everything was very quiet ( late October - out of season) . There is a large flowered garden and beautiful terrace with beautiful mountain views. It is possible to take walks and access small coves from Tesonis , a stone's throw from the house . The location for the car is perfect and secure. The house is functional and well-equipped . Communication with the host was very easy , fast. We received a little attention upon arrival .

Antonello's house is really very nice, equipped with everything but really everything and above all very clean. Communication with him has always been clear and has always answered any questions. The only thing I give one less star is the area because in the coral port there is very little and you have to get around either in Villaputzu or Muravera . The house is spacious, airy and equipped. The outdoor shower is super comfortable back from the beach. The sea is perfect for children: sand and low water for a long stretch. Recommended!

Very nice, modern and large house. It was all very clean. The kitchen is partly a little sparsely furnished but okay. The garden and seating area is rather small, but practical. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of town and close to the sea. Marco is responsive and stationed right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much, it was very clean and lovingly furnished. It was all new furniture and nothing was worn. Antonio was always helpful and available for us and very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped with enough cutlery, pots, etc. The pool is, as on the pictures, small, but completely sufficient for cooling off. Nearest beach is at walking distance and very nice. If you don't feel like cooking, the nearby restaurants are recommended and within a few minutes walking distance. We'd love to come back!!!!

We really liked our stay at this house. It is comfortable, clean and got everything you need. It is close to beautiful beaches and you got some nice hikes around. The compound is relaxing and charming. Germano is a great host.

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌

The place was beautifully located with an amazing and relaxing view, even with a busy road. Hosts were every friendly and responsive. Wi-Fi is not great and small dogs are a bit aggressive. Overall we would recommend this and come back.

We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable. On arrival, we shopped in a supermarket on the way from the airport. This was not necessary, because the necessary for dinner and breakfast was already waiting for us in the house. The house was fully equipped and we only missed a bread knife 😉
