We spent a dream week at Villa MaVi. The hospitality is both professional and warm. The owners are available and adorable. We felt like we were staying with friends, if not at home!The house very spacious, with all the amenities you need, the exceptional garden with the pool, the barbecue and small seating areas. The best place to be for a relaxing holiday! We recommend it and will come back volontier if we return to the area.

Marta is very hospitable, and a very comfortable house for proximity to the sea, amenities and suitable for family stays. I mention in particular the outdoor shower with drainage and access directly to the bathroom, very comfortable!

Very nice place in a calm environment with everything family with small kids needs. Hosts are super friendly and helpful!

Raffaella is an amazing host. Loved the welcoming cookies and coffee, loved the appartment and it is a perfect place to spend a few days with family. It is a driving distance to the shore but if you have a car that is not a big deal in autumn months as the beach parkings are empty. A little confusing to get through the locked doors when we first arrived, but Raffaella responded in a matter of seconds even though it was 10pm.

A fantastic house. The decor is very stylish and high quality. The space is very generous. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Doriana is a great host, extremely attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Pleasant week at Alessandro's. Her house is functional, pleasant to live in, the rooms are large except for the slightly narrow kitchen. Outside is the bonus: outdoor kitchen, lovely garden, beautiful terrace. The first "beautiful" beaches are located at least 30 minutes by road. The airport is 20 min away, as well as the center of Cagliari. The house is ideally located to crisscross the entire south of the island but it will take you 45 to 90 minutes drive each time... We traveled to Pula, Chia, Villasimius, San Sperate, the islands of Sant' Antoccio and San Pietro. A big thank you to Alessandro, very responsive, welcoming and who has always responded to our requests.

Great host. There was nothing missing. The house on the beach was amazing and we will definitely come back.

The villa was spacious and well furnished. It felt homely and well thought out. While there were mosquitos , it was a rural setting and peaceful. the air con was super all over the house and there were lots of mosquito plug ins around the house. I get bitten very easily but it wasn’t a problem at all. The villa is located near a small supermarket and very near a beautiful beach - recommend to go swimming at 6pm less busy and still beautifully warm ! Nice peaceful place to go running too. Villasimius is 20 mins drive away - lovely village and good restos even for veggies like me. Recommend diving with Archeo dive centre - lovely team. The villa was a super choice , perfectly suited for us and we really appreciated the 4 bathrooms, two verandas and the chill out tv room on the ground floor. The kitchen was fully equipped and the eating areas large and very comfortable . Recommended for even a bigger group than we were.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Our stay at Carla’s place was stupendous! We were seven and there was a ton of space for all of us. We loved the backyard and used it anytime we were not at the beach. The location was also perfect for easy access to the wonderful beach and to downtown Cagliari. Finally, check in was super flexible and communication was timely and informative. We highly recommend this stay!

Wonderful house with priceless view! 3 minutes from Porto Frailis beach, house with all necessary comfort. We will be back!

A stunning few days in the mountains with friends. We had five couples across the five bedrooms which all had their own bathroom. The villa itself is beautiful, and the view from the pool of the mountains is gorgeous. The whole place is spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The delicious wines on the wall were an added bonus! We also went to an amazing local restaurant which was only a 4 minute drive away. Easy 25 minute drive to Cala Ganone for hiring a boat and seeing the crystal clear water. The lovely groundskeeper gave us fresh eggs from the chickens when he took out the bins and cleaned the pool each morning. Would definitely stay again :) The perfect secluded spot for a getaway with friends!!

These days when Airbnb has become so over-commercialized and finding something that feels genuine is very hard, Julie's place stands out as a real gem. Finalized in 2024, the house is spacious, modern and high-standard, and executed with attention to style, design and detail but also practicality. Julie is one of very few hosts that actually took the time to live in the house herself a few weeks before opening it for bookings, to ensure practicality. The location is remote and secluded, which is what we wanted. Access road is quite rough, something to be aware of if you have a low-clearance vehicle. Swimming pool was not finalized for 2024 due to water shortages in the area, which we thought was a responsible decision by the owners, though it would have been nice to have it. As for the host, Julie is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve met. Responsive, accommodating, generous, helpful and very pleasant, she helped us with lots of arrangements and bookings during our stay.

Alessandra and her dad are very helpful and very friendly Total assistance in anything the villa had everything you could need. We will definitely return

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

Accommodation was as described and shown in the photos. Great view of the sea, quiet location, beautiful beach.

A lovely place. More beautiful than in the photos. A well and tastefully furnished house. Sea views A private small garden at the door. Excellent hosts, both Lorenzo (remotely) and his father on site. It was just a little cold - it was January ;-). So we have to go back!

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌

Beautiful house with pool . Everything very clean and maintained . Matteo received us personally very kindly . He had many tips tied up in a folder. Matteo was always reachable . The beach is 10 minutes away from the property . Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance . We did many excursions by car - fantastic . We can only recommend this house. You're just comfortable here. Many thanks to Matteo and his family for this dream vacation . Would love to come back next week if the path wasn't too far 😊

We stayed at Villa Emma for 1 week and felt comfortable there,the beautiful garden with pool is around this time of year unfortunately in the shade. The many beautiful beaches nearby more than compensated us!
