Outdoor shower with hot water. There is a deck around the house so you can always find a seat in the sun and when the darkness falls on you can light the electric patio heaters or bonfires on the landscaped fire pit.

The house is 110 sqm, on a 1700 sqm secluded plot. Large terrace with sun and shelter all day. Can be used all year, as the house has a heat pump that can be supplemented with the wood-burning stove. Rich opportunities for hiking and biking, as well as various water sports and fishing opportunities. You may bring your dog when it is clean and stopped biting in the chair legs. Our summerhouse has, many board games, books, 2x paddle table, 3 x two-person kayak, and you will be able to take a nice cold bath and a trip in the sauna.

There are 3 lovely terraces and a child-friendly garden fruit trees, flowers of all colors and greenhouse with seating. The house has a kitchen, dining area and living room out into one and a cozy play corner for children. There is a double bedroom and a room with bunk beds. In the annex there is a double bed and living area with table and chairs. Extra mattresses and baby travel crib can be provided.

This classical vacation house is located in a quiet area, close to the beach, and local attractions such as The Wild Horses and Langelandsfortet. The house is small but with all commodities, full kitchen, dishwasher, wifi etc. The outside has a great terrasse, and a big lawn for play. The annex is great for extra space - isolated and with electricity. The interior styling is in the same classical retro style at the house itself. Great place all year around, and the wood stove ensures cozyness.

Huset er velindrettet med seperat toilet. Vær opmærksom på at der kun er bruser udenfor. Denne er med afskærmning samt varmt vand. Der er bålsted med tilhørende gryder og pande. Desuden 2 havkajakker samt SUP boards til fri afbenyttelse. Sengen er en sovesofa med mulighed for at benytte topmadras.
