Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The whirlpool bathtub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/beach views) are great for unwinding. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.

An annex with a view of Svendborg Sund, located on the Øhavs path and with a short distance to Svendborg center, is the perfect place to explore Sydfyn from. The accommodation consists of an open-plan living room with a small kitchenette, dining area and a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and a terrace. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. Have fun with the whole family in this stylish cottage with high ceilings, 8-10 sleeping places, huge terrace and garden - all in the first row to the Baltic Sea, which is just behind the dike in the backyard. The house is on a double corner plot with fields as a neighbor. Sleeping space number 4 in the photos is an outdoor annex and can only be used in the summer as it is not heated.

The house contains just what you need for a cozy and relaxing holiday. Everything is ready, beds made with freshly laundered fresh linens, clean towels.
