New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Delicious cottage from 2008, is 250 meters from lovely child-friendly sandy beach. 100 meters to grocery store. Smaller double bedroom, larger children's room with bunk bed, extra pull-out bed. In addition, there are two mattresses. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Nice kitchen, with everything in appliances, in open connection to the living room. Wifi and with Chromecast in both TVs Attractive garden with trampoline, small football field with 2 acres, and Terrace with gas grill (excl gas). Charging stand SEK 3.50 per kWh

Beautiful area by the harbor. Located on the 1st floor. Great shopping/restaurants/museums and close to sandy beach. Kitchen with dining area for 8 people. Large living room with TV. 4 rooms for the large family. Small terrace at the entrance. Bring linens and towels. The apartment is located in an old factory at the fishing port where fish are landed by local fishermen every day. Possibility to buy fresh fish at the fishermen, and can be grilled on the small terrain at the entrance. Nice apartment for the price.

Fantastic holiday home with seaview, located in the attractive area close to the beach at Mommark Marina. The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Close to lovely bathing beach. Child-friendly beach with nice sandy bottom. The cottage has a lovely large plot with room for play and fun. Quiet and secluded location on corner plot at the end of the road. South-facing terrace facing green area. The house is insulated so it can be used all year round. Heating, electric radiator, air/air heat pump and wood-burning stove.
