We enjoyed our stay with views of the Lake. Great layout to the apartment. Comfy beds and excellent bathroom. The location was great for exploring this beautiful area. Just be aware that there are steps down from the parking area and the car lift is only for small/medium size cars and you have to walk up and down the stairs. Absolutely fine unless you have mobility issues. We didn’t think to ask Jacky if we could use the lift just for moving our luggage down and up. Overall, a great stay. Thank you, Jacky.

This was the perfect place to stay and explore Nyon and Switzerland and France. It was our first time to the area and I would highly recommend it. Charming location, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great view of Lake Geneva!

What a wonderful stay by Lake Geneva! The apartment was really ideal. Its location is exceptional, offering a very nice environment and an appreciable proximity to restaurants. A real asset for ski enthusiasts: Bernex station is only 20 minutes away! The apartment itself was impeccable, clean and perfectly located to fully enjoy the area. We had a great week with family, filled with unforgettable moments. This experience has delighted us so much that we are already planning to go back. Big thanks for this exceptional stay that will remain etched in our memories!

We had a pleasant stay. The small apartment is very spacious, bright and functional. It has everything you need for several days, it feels like home! The view of Lake Leman from the home is beautiful. There is access to the garden with a gate, it is well secured, perfect when traveling with children or animals! There is space to park inside the property as well. Amber was very kind and very responsive. She responds very quickly to messages and offered us good recommendations for local restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment! We immediately felt good there with all the amenities you need to feel at home with your little family and a beautiful lake view! Annecy old town is a 5-minute walk and there are even bikes available. Thanks to Sylvie for the accommodation and to Carole for hosting us, her availability and kindness!

The space is bright and has magnificent lake and mountain views. 40 minutes from La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand stations. Laetitia was a wonderful host who was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet. The common areas are large enough to feel comfortable for 10-12 people. I would highly recommend it!

The place is gorgeous!! It is surrounded by nature and you have lake Geneva in front of you. It is amazing to wake up and have such a gorgeous sight! Constance has thought of everything - including an elevator for taking heavy stuff (like luggage, shopping) up and down as there are quite a few steps to get to the house. We had a nice time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay by lake Geneva

This delightful little place is everything it seems to be - most of all for us: quiet, with a lovely garden and right on the lake. Bruno was totally helpful and friendly and quickly available when needed. Everything inside is wood lined except the shower area so it can feel like a wooden chalet.

We were hosted very well by Fred. The apartment is conveniently located with breathtaking views. The lake, the mountains, and the delicious Savoyard biscuit. If you want to get away from your hectic life... go for it!

Very well placed, in a quiet residence. Communication is with Myriam who is very available and friendly. The accommodation is very pleasant if there are two of us, be careful with a (large) dog it lacks a little tidying up but for a few days we can accommodate it! I would recommend Frédéric's place 🙂

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

Great host! Always kept in communication with us before our check in arrival to make sure we are okay. The place is as described in the text and photos. Very clean and cozy, felt like home! Neighbourhood is safe and easy to find the airbnb, and it’s very close to the tourist attractions. Overall amazing experience!

Apartment with all the amenities you need. It feels good right away . Small balcony well exposed with lake views and close to all amenities and the lake. Ski resort accessible in a short time. A busy street nearby but not too inconvenient. Very pleasant welcome. Very successful stay.

Very nice, modern furnished apartment with great terrace. The street is audible on the terrace, but the lake view is beautiful. Practical, modernly furnished. Well connected with public transport and lots to do! Friendly and helpful hostess.
