We were very well received with a bottle of cider in the fridge and kiwis from the garden! The location is great and Michelle is very responsive, ready to be of service and friendly!

For a first on Airbnb, I have to say that I was very satisfied. The place was really nice and the host Ana was very friendly. Know how to receive your guests in the best possible way. Also knows how to advise you and knows how to meet your expectations and requests. I had read the reviews of the previous people who were there and I can confirm that this place is at its best as well as the restaurants in the area. We will keep a very good memory of it.

We had a pleasant stay in a pleasant stay. If the weather is nice, very nice walks are close to the house, without getting in the car. If it rains the house is a real little cocoon. Everything is done to make you feel "at home". We love this home and will be back.

We enjoyed our short visit to Dinard, the Saint Enogat district is very pleasant and it is easy to park near the accommodation. The accommodation was very clean and nicely decorated, we had nice recommendations with Charlotte-Anais. We recommend it.

the location of Julien's accommodation is in a great environment with views of the port of Erquy from the room , very well equipped and quiet with excellent restaurants such as Jeanne's table, the port creperie, mad 'loch.... a short walk away by car . Our host is very responsive and I recommend for future reservations 😉

Very nice stay in Karine and Vincent's house! Conveniently located near the sea, with a great pool! The accommodation is spacious, very clean and well decorated.

We had a great weekend with friends in this little corner of Breton paradise! The location is ideal: close to beaches, port, restaurants. The house is perfectly equipped to accommodate small groups: swimming pool, ping pong table, boule court...and very cocooning. We didn't want to leave... We would recommend it in a second!

Possibility to reach Saint Malo intramuros through the beaches in low tide. Caroline was considerate and always attentive. A perfect stay!

Pleasant accommodation, well located in a very quiet and secure residence. Easy to access. Corresponds to the description in terms of layout, convenience. (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) Pleasant, sunny and perfectly enclosed garden. Recommended if you have children or a dog. Perfect safety. Fabien is a nice host. Recommended

Absolutely PAR-FAIT! We knew the residence well because we had rented together the apartment just below. But Luc's really suits us 100%, for our family with our 3 daughters. The apartment is more spacious, better arranged and equipped with always this superb view, the perfect location, proximity to the 2 beaches and shops and restaurants, the private pool. For sure, we'll be back at this place! Thanks again!

Wonderful weekend in Fabien's fabulous house. A most charming host, responsive to questions and great kindness. Bright house, with a spacious and chic living room, where you can cook easily. The very comfortable bedding and the 4 bathrooms are infinitely appreciated. The beach is just around the corner and the stove are great assets. A perfect cocktail for our family reunion

Very nice stay. The house is comfortable and functional to gather together in the large living room. The automatic pellet stove is a plus, not insignificant. Lovely garden and terrace. Within walking distance to the seaside.

We are just back from a lovely stay at this house and had a great time! The location is good for access to St Malo, Dinard and other villages. Not a huge amount to do in Saint Jacut-de-la-mer itself but a gorgeous beach literally 5 mins walk away. We had a lovely food in La Goëlette restaurant locally with very good service too. My only 2 negatives are that bedding wasn’t included in the booking which is the first time I have experienced this with Airbnb. You could hire sheets etc locally which could be delivered but that would have been an unnecessary increase in cost for us so we took our own. The duvets provided were nice but pillows were square so not very comfy in our rectangular pillow cases! I also didn’t find an information folder with details of doctors, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc in the property which would be helpful. Other than the 2 minor things above, this is a really great house and we would love to visit again!

Very good stay in Nathalie's house. The house is very convenient well-decorated and functional. Quiet despite the street leading to the center of Val André. The beach is a flip-flop like the dike that allows beautiful walks after the evening meal, and the center a few minutes walk to enjoy the shops, restaurants ... ice cream! and the market. No complaints.
