Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

Cute little apartment that was definitely worth the price! Host was quickly responsive, lots of stairs getting up to the apartment but it probably says it in the listing and I wasn’t paying attention bc it was so cute and a great price! Would recommend if you need to save some money and just want a clean place to stay!

The location couldn't be better, especially with free provided parking. 1.5 block from the Peabody and 1/4 mi from Beale. Felt very safe. was very clean and well apportioned. Will save the listing for our next trip.

This place is in Central Gardens, a historic neighborhood in Midtown. We felt like the neighborhood was safe. This home is close to restaurants, and grocery stores, and is easily accessible to local sights such as Sun Records, The Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Mud Island, and various Memphis BBQ restaurants. We found the place to be well-decorated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a plus. There is also a half bath on the first floor. We also appreciated the garage where we could park two cars inside (with a little work). Other pluses were the fenced and private backyard and the responsiveness of Mac and Zach.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient...a real home away from home. I will definitely be staying here again!

This home was perfect. Everything was clean, especially the linen and extra towles, they smelled amazing. Will definitely recommend them hand down.

Had a crowd and everyone was happy with the house and its location. Close to Germantown and Collierville. It was perfect for our visit with family. Close and easy access from 385 and I240. Very happy with this property. John was a great host and responded quickly to all inquiries. Great place.

Stacy’s house was just what we needed for our stay. It is close to the main route through Covington which is convenient. Hope to stay again in the future!

This place had it all. Perfect location for all the things we'd planned to do in Memphis that weekend, many of them walkable. Situated right between downtown and South Main Arts District. Apartment itself had all the amenities we needed, and more. Secure parking. Pro-active and clear communication from the beginning with JR and Stephanie, making sure we knew where to park (with maps/pix), how to get in, how to check out. We would highly recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay again.

unique Memphis location. close to Hotel Lorraine, Beale street and downtown beautiful place with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. only drawback is the stairs to access the living area a little hard for older people.

This was my second stay.... And I love it! .... It's like my home away from home! This will be my spot every time I come back to my hometown of Memphis. I LOVE IT... I would like to ask that Andrew add a cherry on top of stay and add a floor length mirror so I could see my fashion ensembles when getting dressed...lol

Pristine, comfortable, with all the modern amenities we could want and then some (bathroom and kitchen well stocked and good appliances, appreciate the ability to make coffee first thing in the AM!). Roomier than expected. And location can't be beat, with plenty downtown within easy walking while also managing to be in a quiet, secure area. The gated parking spot was a big draw but then it turned out we didn't even really need it, plenty of good eats and things to do literally within a block (including the best fried chicken in the universe and one of my favorite bars in town, in a noodle shop of all places), and stuff like the Civil Rights Museum, Orpheum, Peabody, scenic riverwalking, and Beale St all easily walkable too. Would def. stay again. One thing to note, not criticism just heads up for anyone who might be planning to take a bubble bath or soak in tub: technically there's a tub but as far as I could see no way to use a stopper for a bath.

We had a great stay! Really appreciated the gated parking so we didn’t have to worry about leaving items in our car. Check in and out was a breeze and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again

Nice place, great location! Very walkable to Beale St., the Civil Rights Museum and more. The parking lot was a little difficult to find at first, but the host’s instructions were great. All in all a great place to stay in Memphis.

We enjoyed our stay, very convenient location close to everything. Jason responded to every question we had and got us taken care of. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Rained while we were loading our van so the covered garage was an excellent feature! Jason’s cleaning/ maintenance guy was Johnny on the spot and helped us figure a few things out. There were scooters right outside the door so getting to everything was quick and easy.

Wonderful, easy stay. Host was very responsive, and let me extend my checkout no problem. Would stay again.
