Beautiful and serene. The natural light and expansive widows blend nature with the interior aesthetics in a way that makes one feel instantly relaxed. The sauna and hot-tub allow you to melt away any stress and are a perfect addition to the space. Amazing energy and space to unwind . Highly recommend.

Very pretty place with super awesome mountain view. Fairly walkable from nearest bus stop if you do not mind walking a short distance uphill. There's a local community buss 22 serving the area if you have time to wait and that will save all the walking to public bus stop. No issues if driving. House is fully equiped and clean. Very warm for winter. Huge space too. Love the kitchen lots. Most importantly, host is very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay happy and memorable. Very prompt and always there to provide prompt advise. Must stay if you are at Thun or Interlaken area.

Very nice quiet location, Andreas and his family are extremely warm and helpful. The bath tub takes a few hours to heat up and is a bit elaborate with the regular wood, but it stays hot for a very long time.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was amazing and exactly as listed. The hot tub had a perfect view of the mountains.

Esther's apartment is well equipped, you immediately feel comfortable. The quiet location and proximity to the train station are ideal for relaxing holidays and exploring the region. We will be happy to come back.

As a group of 9, we really enjoyed the stay at the aparment. There was everything you need to prepare a meal for you. It was all clean and easy to use. Did appreciate the dishwasher! Just as and information: the coffeemachine is a nescafe dolce gusto, if you need to buy the capsule. The communication with Chris was easy, clear and good. He welcomed us and showed us around and gave some information for around the apartement. We even could enter earlier as the check-in said! The whirepool was amazing, after the day it was nice to get in the whirpool (bring slippers). Also loooved that it came with a Netflix- Account, that we could use! we really enjoyed it and recommend it! Thanks alot

Excellent stay, Andy was always attentive and gave us tips on nearby places, the apartment is in the middle of Thun and interlaken. We would definitely come back.

If you want to stay in a traditional historic Swiss farmhouse this really is the place for you. Yes, the floorboards creak and the ceilings are low, but nothing you wouldn't expect in a building of this age. It is well described and accurate. The views across the lake to the Rigi are breathtaking. It would be possible to simply sit all day and look out of the window. The accommodation has a lovely modern bathroom, is well equipped and as described. It is up a small private road which would be easy to miss if you didn't follow the clear instructions. Highly recommend a stay here. Jürg is lovely and the surroundings are simply gorgeous.

Our home away from home – a perfect retreat We have been coming to this wonderful farmhouse in Waltensburg for years – and every time we feel at home. Everything is always sparkling clean, the furnishings leave nothing to be desired, and the homely atmosphere immediately provides relaxation. The hostess is just fantastic: warm, attentive and always trying to make us feel comfortable. The quiet location and the beautiful nature around it make the stay perfect. Matt's place was a gem! 7 mins walk to Interlaken West station, and the property was private and quiet. The apartment was exactly as described. Matt was very responsive and very helpful. We had a good stay at Matt's place and we will come back again if we come to Interlaken!

Correct accommodation and owners respectful of guest privacy

Actually 6 out of 5 stars. Natalie picked us up from the train station and we felt very welcome right away. Natalie and Benni are the born hosts, very helpful and have given us good advice on our needs. The chalet is in a great location, 5 min. by foot to the terminal and bus stations. Very nice surroundings and early sun. It is very homely and nothing is missing. We had a wonderful time.

The spacious appartement is beautiful and very clean. We had a great stay to explore the winter wonderland in Lucerne, Pilatus and Oeschinensee. Rita was very kind and helpful.

Nice Location, very friendly hosts, all flexible, no problems, one more bed with no problem, parking for 2 cars. Plus, close to the highway and access to work perfect! All what we needed!

Right upon arrival we thought we'd love to come back here a second time when it's warmer outside. We really appreciated the tranquility and space and the space and you can be anywhere in the Emmental in a short time, even to Burgdorf it only takes a little more than 20 minutes. The reception was friendly and the apartment well furnished and lightning clean. Wifi works well, and great views into the distance!

The perfect place for anyone who wants to know what silence sounds like. At Therese, you will find the answer and you will want to stay. The short distance from the bus stop is like a walk from the world to paradise. Add some snow and you are in Winter Wonderland. Hallmark sends regards.
