The house is in excellent condition and well looked after. If I really have to say something about the place, probably be that the table tennis rackets could use a change. Overall the family loved the place and we enjoyed the time we had. Many thanks to the host!

Stunning location, right on the beach front with incredible views and the sound of the ocean on your doorstep. The views and location exceeded expectations. The house is nicely renovated and perfectly setup for a relaxing time away. We were extremely happy with the home and wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall a great stay. It was comfortable so we’d stay again. We had a car which felt useful but can imagine being ok without it too - supermarket, shops, and restaurants are super close and the beach not too far either. We bumped into Colin a few times, friendly and approachable but also respected our space and privacy. We recommend staying at Colin’s place.

A home with beautiful view, perfect for our family . Marli was extremely accommodating to our needs and we were very happy with the welcoming treats. We are just sad we couldn't stay longer to enjoy and explore the surroundings.

Leanne’s place was so perfect for our family holiday. We staying during the busy new year period but the location is perfect it’s close to omanu surf club which isn’t as busy as the main part of the mount which we loved. The place itself is lovely and Leanne was so great - she left us a load of kombucha which our kids loved! It’s really close to the mount and Bayfair shops and there are a few coffee places around the omanu surf club - including a new cafe surf road. This place was perfect for our family of 4.

We loved our stay at Katie’s house. She was always quickly responsive to help us settle in. The community is beautiful, and it is such an easy walk to the most incredible beach and the house has all the modern amenities and lots of out door deck space. Great house for hanging out but also easy to get everywhere. Mount Manganui only 12 min away, Tauranga 15. We are from New York and were visiting family and we lucked out having a play room filled with toys for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we come to this area.

This apartment was fab. Very comfortable & location was the best for climbing Mount Manganui, accessing the beach (via private gate access) & only 10min walk to shops & restaurants. Under ground free parking was also a plus. Wish we had booked for longer than 3 nights, but it was a great start to our road trip across both Islands.
