hosts were very welcoming and friendly. the cabin was amazing and very private. a perfect getaway with a backwoods feel. the bed is comfortable and was very warm despite the cold weather. would book here again!

Beautiful home and amazing property! The house is incredible, and we especially enjoyed the views, peace, and quiet. When we had a minor problem related to the extreme cold, Rebekah responded immediately and came over to fix it within the hour even though it was right before the holiday. She was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We definitely recommend and will be staying here again whenever we are in the area!

Would highly recommend! A very spacious spot with lots of activities and lovely surroundings. The place is very cozy with the wood burning stove and plethora of candles. Annette was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating! We had a great time playing with her dogs in the snow. We will be back!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable old stone farmhouse but with modern finishing and amenities. My kids particularly loved the hot tub and we had fun tootling around the local town. Only minutes away from Picton and Bloomfield among others so very convenient location.

Fantastic property with the back fields. Our dogs had a blast. Some fantastic options for food around. Had an unexpected issue during our stay that is out of their control. They were very responsive and reasonable to communicate with. Will still come back and certainly recommend to others.

Suzanne’s place is an entire guest suite attached to the house and is in a nice and peaceful place. It has many wineries nearby. Acceptable driving distance to Outlets and the Falls. Nice place to stay if you are looking for a place which is not far away from all attractions!

Our stay at the Schoolhouse was perfect! Ingrid is an incredible Airbnb host. She's invested and proactive in making your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The Schoolhouse is immaculate and well-designed, but Ingrid also pays close attention to smaller details that enhance your stay. We loved the freshly baked bread, farm-fresh eggs, and chopped wood (for the outdoor firepit). She also provided us with endless recommendations for local restaurants and hiking trails, all within short driving distance. If you're looking for a cozy and intimate little getaway, we highly recommend it! Inside the Airbnb, you'll find loads of blankets, Netflix, a fully functional kitchen, board games, and an electric fireplace. Outside, it's located on a fully functional farm, where you can enjoy a cozy firepit and make friends with some adorable farm animals. Everything about our stay was smooth and seamless too. We had such a fantastic stay! The space was not only incredibly clean but also so cute and thoughtfully designed — every little detail made it feel cozy and inviting. You have absolutely everything you need. The hosts were amazing — super responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a little getaway — we can't wait to come back!

This is a new treasure for us! The house was spotless, VERY well-stocked with all necessities, and spacious/accessible! The downstairs bedroom fit our twins and their pack-n-plays perfectly (even had a rocking chair!!) and the kitchen/bathroom/living room were all clean and toddler friendly! The upstairs is one big room, and so another accessible space! Tim and Katie were always available, checked in regularly, and made sure the walkways/driveways were winter safe. This was an excellent choice for our family and all the things we need to bring; much much better than a hotel room. This will be our regular stay when we come to town to visit family!

Although we had a short stay, John's place was perfect. It was well heated when we got in. The area is quiet and so pretty, the tiny house was super clean and the bed was insanely comfortable. John was so helpful to us and the situation we were in - which was so considerate. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for the cost!

Very cute and cozy, great for a peaceful getaway! Ann was so friendly and extremely helpful the place had so many useful amenities and she even gave us fresh eggs from her barn! Had everything we needed and more (had so much fun with the classic Wii, DVD collection and adorable three cats). Definitely recommend :)

Extremely comfortable, very clean, spacious, and in a beautiful location. We loved Creekside Winery and the Upper Canada Cheese Company. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Lee Anne’s place. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The rooms were so comfortable! The beds were dressed with beautiful quality pillows and linens. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishes you will need to entertain a dozen people. The fireplace is positively magnificent and there was plenty of dry wood just outside the door to enjoy it. The grounds are meticulously well kept and Lee Anne’s husband Tom was a pleasure to chat with. This property in the fall is stunning but I can’t imagine any season that would not be amazing here. All in all it was an incredible week in this beautiful home and we would not hesitate to rent it again. Thank you so very much Lee Anne!

Wonderful well equipped house in a peaceful, beautiful location. Jim and Debbie are very responsive, kind and full of fantastic recommendations. We picked the perfect place to stay for an entire month. We highly recommend this property.

This is a wonderful place. I just stayed here for the second time and highly recommend to others. The hosts are very kind and responsive and the house is cute and cozy.

Jim and Cheryl were fantastic. We rolled in from Toronto late. The conditions were rough. When we arrived, they greeted us with big smiles and a bug furry friend. they helped us get acquainted with our 1st off grid experience. the vistas were majestic. when we were ready to set sail, Jim went to work [after tending to the farms animals > real] and plowed us out of all the drifts formed overnight. the outdoor tubs were very cool. a first for us. 10 stars

Gasport is not an overly populated place so I was thrilled to find this 4 bedroom that allowed us to stay together for the weekend. Toni was great with communication. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to Niagara Falls and Rochester the other way. And family close by. Would rent again!!

Lori & Darren's place was perfect for our family trip to Niagara. The old farmhouse is spacious and comfortable and we felt like we were at home right away. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality equipment. The dining room is comfortable both for eating and playing games. The beds are comfy and the bathroom was spotless with a huge walk-in shower. The house is only minutes from the Niagara Parkway and a short drive to Niagara Falls, Queenston, and Niagara on the Lake. The backyard looked spectacular for outside dining and campfires but it was under a foot of snow when we were there. Communication with the hosts was easy and timely. Darren was at the house shoveling snow when we arrived and was very friendly and easygoing. We look forward to returning in the summer to hike the trails at the Niagara Gorge. Thanks Lori & Darren!

Ken was prompt accurate and polite in his responses. Was a nice heritage property, the home kitchen area was nicely renovated. and upstairs washroom and black out curtains would have taken the stay to another level. overall it was a nice stay.

First time staying at the cabin but we will definitely want to come back. Beautiful and quiet. Everything you could need was inside.
