Peaceful, cozy lakeside home made for a great weekend retreat. Friendly, well-trained black lab dog greets you on arrival. Rena was a warm, generous, and welcoming host. Made me feel right at home. Gave great local recommendations. Easy to follow instructions for checking in and flexible check out. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

We used this airbnb for a home base for my daughters wedding that was at a winery down the street. We are from out of state and had lots of family coming and going before the wedding. I can't say enough about how amazing this property was. It deserves more than a five star rating.

Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

We had a great stay at Cameron’s place! Very comfortable and Cameron was very responsive to our requests.

Husband and I stayed at Dawns place for our anniversary. Our stay was peaceful and private. The view was spectacular. Waking up to that view everyday was like a scene out of a movie. The Moon at night was perfect as well. The pictures on the description was exactly what it was like! Thank you Dawn for opening your home to us!

Allison and Bob's place was as pictured. The beds were super comfy, the place was beautiful and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. We even got about 4 inches of snow while we were there, so that was a huge bonus for us. We will definitely return in the future. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

This place was very comfortable and very clean. All streaming services are provided on the tv and the dimming lights are a great bonus to change up the vibe and setting of the place. The stay has very relaxing and not a sound surround the entire stay even thought the location is in a neighborhood, and surrounded by houses. Very nice place to stay for a getaway. Very clean and the host gives clear instructions and responds quick. 10/10 stay in my books, will most likely come here again when in need of a relaxing quiet weekend👍🏾

We had a wonderful stay at Raquel and Ben’s cabin in Nevada! The space was cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were beautiful, and everything we needed was right there. You can really feel the care and intention that went into creating such a welcoming space. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend!

Our goal was to relax after our destination wedding and boy… did we! The place is incredible. Private, peaceful, and the best amenities. We extra appreciate the pickleball court, ping pong table, and of course… the hot tub! What we didn’t expect (but was a pleasant surprise) was being greeted by the most beautiful cows each morning… and we even saw a huge herd of deer crossing one evening at sunset! Just an incredible place… and so worth the $$. Sunset cafe at the bottom of the roads was a hit for breakfast. You have everything you could need here. Comfy beds. Spacious master bedroom, kitchen, and common areas. XL deck for lounging. Yard/garden is huge!!! Like a wonderland for our pup :) We hope to be back very soon!! Great little spot. Clean, quiet neighborhood, great proximity to downtown Folsom. Having the washer and dryer was super nice! Meghan was great and appropriately communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Got our of town to celebrate a girl's birthday weekend. This house was perfect for our large group. The home not only met our expectations from the photos, but exceeded them. The home has been beautifcally renovated with attention to details. Stunning bathrooms, comfy beds, wonderful gameoom and the list goes on from there. Highly would recommend this place! We booked our next stay while there!

Had a great stay with the family at Johny's place. Him and the other host were ery communicative as well as accommodating during our stay. Not to mention the surrounding are a was gorgeous. Would recommend a stay here!

This stay was wonderful. Our family was there to attend a funeral and this was just the cozy home base we needed. I'm super grateful for the house and all the amenities provided. Anastasia and Dmitriy were so responsive to little questions we had along the way and very accommodating to all our needs. Note: the primary suite does not have a shower. I enjoyed the lovely soaking tub, but some folks don't like a bath. I would absolutely stay here again next time we need a place in the area. Thank you!

Great place, spacious and in a very convent location near Sutter Street!

This is our second time staying here, and we weren’t disappointed! Sometimes rentals start to feel a little run down after a few years, but this house and property is well kept and beautiful. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and lots of places to hang out. It’s easy to access, yet feels secluded and quiet. The little lake below the house is pretty, though not really swimmable, and ducks pass over often. Make sure to stop at Bitney Springs around the corner, where you can quickly fill up water bottles from always-running spigots that draw natural spring water from underground. The first time we stayed it was just 5 of us, and this time it was 9, and totally comfortable. Highly recommend!

Mark’s place was exactly as listed and in a fantastic location. The house had a great layout and the neighborhood was quiet. Lots to do in the area and so close to Sutter Street and all that it has to offer. Highly recommended and would no doubt stay there again if available!
