Townhome vacation rentals in Lake Nicaragua

Beautiful and peaceful beach. Our family of 7 had a great time. Best to stock food as there are no shops nearby. San Juan del Sur is the nearest town with lots to shop. Jame’s place is very beautiful and well kept.

Beautiful house perfectly centred to all amenities. The house had everything you needed to relax and chill. The house manager was available at all times and assisted with any questions we had. We have not words to describe how perfect our time at Casa La Gran Sultana was. Thank you Margarita and Bhelia for everything you did to ensure we had a great vacation.

Can I just say, what an amazing place! So quiet, so huge! Yet cozy. Made us feel right at home. The place very well kept. Very clean. I cannot say enough good things. Everything was perfect. My family had such an amazing time. We loved our stay and all I can say is, it was too short of a stay. Elizabeth was amazing and friendly and very helpful. I thank you for hosting us and hope to have a chance to enjoy this beautiful home once again. Highly recommended

We had a fabulous stay in Iguana. Our host provided us with a handy guide of activities and was also very responsive when we had questions. Our hosts handled most of our bookings like massages and restaurant reservations. The space was the perfect layout for working remotely and also had a sense of peace. I loved the backyard– it was super tranquil and the pool was amazing. Iguana has a nice gated community and everything you need in walking distance. The staff was very nice and we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Nicaragua. The only hassle we experienced was with the security at the entrance as they didn't seem to record we were staying there and driving in at night involved a lot of questions to get in. But that is more of Iguana's issue and not so much the hosts issue. Overall totally recommend this place!

I cannot say enough good things about Nelson. The caretaker was right there whenever you needed them which fortunately we didn’t need him for anything. The home was beautiful. Well kept the photos don’t do it justice. Brenda was amazing. She met us when we told her we were there was she within five minutes. I’m just can’t say enough good things fabulous. enough Nelson was very very polite and he was very courteous. Always available to answer a question. Checked on us to see that we were comfortable and needed anything .Will definitely stay again at this beautiful home AMAZING very well taken care of!!! Thank you Nelson and Brenda!!!

One of the most amazing views of the bay. The house was clean, hot water for showers, and bottled water to drink. 5 star experience.

Ken's place is a comfortable home away from home. The condo has everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. We were especially happy to have screened in windows (not a guarantee in this part of the world) and great fans that reduce the need for A/C. (the A/C was excellent when needed) The complex is quiet and secure and onsite staff were friendly and helpful. No hesitation renting here again, we were very happy and comfortable!
