Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Just a short walk to the West Lake access for your kayaking and paddle boarding fun. Long Lake has beach access for swimming which is nearby. The large backyard, which is fully enclosed, is perfect for BBQing and outdoor fun. This Lake House has a King bed, Queen bed, Bunk Beds (for children), Twin Trundle and a Queen Pull Out. Beautiful lakefront home on quiet lake, Serene and wooded yard. Right on the water with a beach. Enjoy the lake views from the inside porch at the large hand made table with 8 seats. Tankless water heater for endless showers Onsite laundry. Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls. The second floor has the bedrooms and bath for more privacy, and a sitting area for reading or relaxing. There are many stairs! Well water.
