A beautiful, peaceful, and quiet location. As a group of teens to adults in town for a youth competition, this house accommodated us perfectly. The host responded to any questions in a timely manner throughout our stay. We all agreed that we would absolutely stay again!

We stayed at Pear Tree on our journey from Ohio back to Florida after the funeral of my 22 year old nephew. The home was beautiful and full of charm. It's huge! The lodging accommodations far exceeded any hotel offering at double the price! Our Mini Sheepadoodle Muppet Max enjoyed the property immensely. My teen daughter didn't want to leave. We will be back on our next journey back to Ohio! Thank you for sharing your historic home!

This place was absolutely incredible! From the breathtaking views to the unforgettable moments, every second here felt like a dream. It’s one of those places that makes you appreciate the beauty of life even more. The atmosphere, and the experiences I had there will stay with me forever. It was a great place for our whole family. It checked all the boxes for everyone. Fishing was our #1 box, having the boat dock was wonderful. They didn't have to take the boat in and out of the water everytime they fished. The indoor swimming pool was great for the kids and adults because you didn't have to wait for warm weather. The pool table was fun for all and we could all hang together in the spacious area. The kitchen was large and clean with everything you would need. We all had a great relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend this place! Working with Ingrid was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and was available when we needed her. Would love to check out her other properties. Hands down the best trip to lake marion ive ever taken and was so blessed to take it with my family. Home was clean, beautiful, private, and host was very communicative. will deff be coming here again!

This was such a nice little stay! It was a bit chilly most mornings of our trip, but the enclosed porch was great for coffee and morning conversation. Beds were super comfy too!

Loved staying here! Awesome place, with so much character. Stayed here with my wife and kids and we had a blast. Fire pit in the backyard with smores was a HIT! Hosts were so helpful and made it an awesome stay!

I lived in Columbia for a long time. When i moved away i was a little sad but the comfort of visiting back home was peaceful and relaxing. I will most definitely recommend

Loved the place. Initially booked for a little under two weeks but extended for another two. They responded Quickly, answered any questions and the extension was very easy. If I’m ever working in the area again, they will be the first place I check.

This was our second time staying at Rose’s place. It’s very comfortable and cozy. It is in a quiet country location. A nice place to relax. I enjoyed some of the books on the shelves. Everything was clean. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the house. The location was definitely in the country so the corner store wasn't exactly on the corner but it was only 5 to 10 mins away. The peace and quiet was great! It took a min to drive into town but there were several shopping centers and food places within 15 mins drive! The owners are great people! Can't wait to go again!

House was very charming and private. I got to meet Helen when I first arrived. She is very polite and professional. Helen was there over seeing a project that future guests will surely enjoy, not to spoil the surprise. I would recommend to book now
