Had a lovely weekend visiting family in town. Location was great; quiet neighborhood yet close to town. Thoughtful host, clear instructions, and comfortable space great for the toddler and dog we were traveling with. We would definitely return!

Barton's home was absolutely perfect for us, and we felt right at home as soon as we entered the front door. My wife, adult son and I were in Athens because I had hip surgery at St. Mary's Hospital. Barton's home was only five minutes from the the hospital, and it was a perfect place for me to recover before returning to Florida. The home was spotless, and it had all the amenities we needed. Barton also had the a nice welcome packet of snacks for our arrival. Thank you for everything, Barton. We will definitely stay at your wonderful place again if we need to return to Athens. This was our first stay at an Airbnb and it was perfect! Susan was such a gracious host. We arrived late due to travel time and got into the apartment with no issues. Susan had a beautiful vase of fresh fall flowers sitting on the kitchen table as we walked in. Fresh fruit, muffins and much more for breakfast. Who doesn’t love a coffee station? We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back! I couldn’t ask for anything more for our first stay at Airbnb! Go Dawgs!!

This place was perfect! My husband and I stayed for a weekend and it could not have been better. Beautiful home and amazing host! We couldn’t recommend it enough.

I was hoping to find peace and rest, away from traffi, subdivisions, etc. I wanted to be around rural things, even farm animals and Iris has it all! I was able to rest and relax even a hammock was available in the yard. Iris and Marco treated me like family! I felt at home!

This place is a true gem. Private and peaceful with gorgeous lake views from every spot in the house. It was a very comfortable and cozy stay with very nice beds and lots of space to spread out. We will definitely come back for another visit!
