Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Forest

We had a wonderful stay! If you considering booking this Airbnb, do it the host was great and the space is clean and spacious.

Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

Great stay. I learned how to use a Google Nest thermostat to help control temperature, so for me, that's a Plus, even though it took a little bit of effort as there's a small learning curve. The heat did blow into the front bedroom bathroom vent more than the rest of the house, so it was important to control that as the temperature for that front bedroom rose quicker as well. I imagine that to be addressed by the time you might consider your own stay. The host was very communicative, and willing to hop on over at a moment's notice to address any issues, so kudos to him. For this trip, we drove a large SUV, so we had to be extra careful to squeeze through the driveway gates, but it is doable. Street Parking seems pretty packed in this neighborhood. However, the home itself was very comfortable. Overall, a good stay.

Great neighborhood and beautiful home. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space. Game room was definitely our favorite! Would come back here anytime.

I dont have enough words to describe how wonderful Denis' place was! First, the location is so great. The house itself is easy to get to, but once you are inside feels super private and quiet. The backyard is unreal, there is both a treehouse and a stream which my child loved so much! It is also enclosed so I felt safe having my kid play in the backyard while I cooked dinner. There are so many activities and things for kiddos to play with, but it doesnt feel like kids toys are overrunning the house either. Everything has a place and is thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing! My child begged me to move in here he loved it so much! haha. Perfect for our family. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with spices and anything you needed to cook. Everything was decorated so well with vintage pottery and just an all around good vibe. It felt like home to us and we were just so happy. We will definitely be back!!

We reserved this place for my grandparents when they had to evacuate because of the recent fires in California. This spot was perfect because it is close to our home so we were able to check in on them frequently. The house is pretty much all one level, which made it easy for them to navigate. The host was quick to respond and even let us check in early. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the La Verne area!

Loved the gated area filled with toys for the little ones and the additional outdoor toys in the garage. We had everything we needed. At first, we thought that there wasn't enough towels, but found a stockpile in the master closet. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans. Also, lots of choices for tea, creamer, coffee etc.

Love the stay, matches the description and the house is new, clean and tidy. The host is helpful and the response is fast. I would no doubt recommend it to anyone who is looking for safe, peaceful neighbourhood to stay. Location is also unbeatable, you may go to all the tourist spots around 20-30 minutes. It is just a few minutes away from the highway exit so very easy if you are driving. Parking is also very easy as you can either park on the driveway or along the road outside the house.

As with any place in this area, always concerned about parking. TWO SPOTS! One in the garage. Little cozy. We had a Ford Escape - passengers got out before parking, but there’s enough room. Inside is so nice. Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. There were a ton of towels - much appreciated. Kitchen is so well stocked with appliances, dishes, and silverware. Greta was always ahead of time with information. She answered any questions very quickly, even on the weekend. Everything about our stay was great. Thank you Greta.

A stunning apartment in the heart of San Clemente. Manu and his team is fantastic - they helped us out tremendously in accommodating our last minute booking! The space is also perfect - a well equipped kitchen for long term stays or home cooking and beautiful decor and furniture. We are so happy with our stay / we already rebooked!

Juan was a wonderful host and this place is a gem! Would love to stay here again the next time I’m in town.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

We had a great stay at Blake and Brenda’s place. Very comfortable and sparkly clean. The apartment is in a very walkable area to all restaurants, shops and beautiful Corona Del Mar beach. We will definitely come back and would love to stay at Blake and Brenda’s place!! Thank you again Blake and Brenda! We felt right at home!!🥰

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Carolyn's place! I don't require a lot of communication, but Carlolyn gave me enough to know how it worked without being overwhelming (check in and out, parking, etc.). The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed—comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a kitchen that felt like home. The location was close enough to LA Live to feel local, while still not being right in the middle of it. It was so quiet, I couldn't believe I was in the middle of LA. I can’t wait to book again!

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

Paulette was an excellent host. The unit is convenient to multiple beaches and groceries, restaurants etc. Well-maintained complex with friendly neighbors.

Amazing location and spot to really get away and enjoy the SoCal beach lifestyle. Helpful touches to have access to beach chairs and ice in the freezer - will be back!

Trevor’s place was awesome! An amazing view, use of the golf cart, gorgeous balcony, and the interior of the condo is beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again. Trevor responded to our questions immediately and was very kind and helpful. Thank you, Trevor.

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect — clean, convenient, and super family-friendly. The space was well thought out and comfortable, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches for kids. There were way more books and toys than I expected — honestly, I could’ve left what I brought at home! The golf cart was amazing and such a hit with my kids — they were obsessed! It made getting around easy and added extra fun to our trip. The host was also fantastic — very accessible and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the whole experience even smoother. My kids are already asking when we can go back — we’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and stress-free getaway!

Place was clean and matched the beauty of Laguna Nigel. Kitchene was nice and has lots of necessary dishes, pans, utensils. Patio is beautiful and relaxing. TV’s allow streaming. The thermostat easy to control. Great Host, Great Place, Great location.

Easy access to groceries store. Nice quiet place. Very welcoming host.
