We had a lovely stay at Simone’s place for some much needed downtime. Beautiful trees amongst quiet surrounds while also close to a Cliffy’s coffee 😊 we were grateful for the aircon on a hot summers weekend!

We visited the area for a local open garden event and the Stoneleigh Miners Cottage was the perfect weekend accommodation. We felt so warmly welcomed, with thoughtful touches throughout the home to make our stay not just comfortable but special. Our highlights were sipping port by the fireplace and a peaceful breakfast on the verandah! Tim was a friendly and responsive host and the local recommendations were great. We would very happily stay here again!

Would highly recommend staying at this gem for your next visit to Daylesford. Beautiful, spacious home, filled with everything u could possibly need. Has a great outdoor area that wraps around the whole house which our dog loved exploring. The location was perfect. Not to mention, it has the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!

It was the most peaceful and relaxing weekend away. The airbnb was extremely well equipped, and had lovely touches like fresh bread, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, as well as soft fluffy robes to lounge in after soaking in the big bath - bliss!

We had a wonderful two nights in the Garden Loft at Poets Lodge. A beautiful and comfortable space that was ideal for a weekend getaway. Angeline and Richard were responsive and gracious hosts.

Beautiful little area, easy to find and clear check-in instructions, the spa was the perfect temperature, very clean and the perfect distance from town to be walkable but also nice and quiet and very private. The only issues we had was a lack of sponge or cloth to wash the dishes with but aside from that it was well worth it, I highly recommend

Very calming , tranquil and amazing spot for a very relaxing weekend. Ideal for a romantic getaway. We had lots of things planned but ended up just staying inside the house as there was so much to do, spa, theatre room, steam shower, board games and books not to mention cooking up an amazing breakfast with the generous provisions in the fridge and pantry. Do yourself a favour and book for a minimum of three days you as won’t want to leave. We left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and ready to tackle the week ahead.

We had a great time at Lizzie’s place. The listing is very accurate and there were lovely touches that made our stay extra special, including farewell treats and a classic Scrabble set for a cosy night in. The studio is right near a fantastic pub (it looks dodgy outside but it was excellent) and close to Castlemaine, and had such an calming, natural vibe with vines on the wall and a cute courtyard out front overlooking a paddock full of roos (our dog was obsessed). A gorgeous cottage with great proximity to regional Victorian towns. Neal and Marie were the most amazing hosts ensuring our stay was seamless. The property was spotless and very comfortable. The lovely touches such as local coffee, biscuits and chocolate were greatly appreciated. We highly this beautiful accommodation.

Great little place in Hepburn Springs. Easy parking. Really cosy inside. Felt just like home! Looking forward to visiting again

Loved staying at Piccolo! Picturesque location with a beautiful view out to Breakneck Gorge. Sitting out in the courtyard with my coffee in the morning listening to the birds was a great way to start the day. Comfortable and well presented home with a vintage vibe. Comfy bed and fantastic shower. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing place to stay, will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone who needed a relaxing oasis in the wilderness.

Nicola’s place is absolutely stunning and deeply stylish. The furnishings, light and airy high ceilings and gorgeous brickwork makes this space really unique and relaxing. It had everything we needed and we really appreciated the inclusion of breakfast items in the pantry and pet friendly is always a huge bonus. The beds were well made and comfy and we slept so well in the quiet, bush-surrounded spot! We will definitely be back :)

Gorgeous little house right in the heart of Castlemaine. Absolutely loved the decor and vibe of the house. Very generous pantry items on offer and fresh eggs, milk and a bottle of champagne in the fridge on arrival. Peter gave lots of local recommendations and was a super friendly and responsive host. Will definitely book again!

We loved our stay at the cottage and will definitely be back! The house has beautiful light, we loved the sun on the deck in the evening so much. The house has all cutlery, crockery, bowls, plates, cooking things you need. The shower is sooo good and the bed is super comfy. It’s an old cottage so there are creaking noise and some of the floor boards need work but it’s awesome and we highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay in Debra's cottage. Ballarat is famous for its 19th Century pioneer buildings so it was a real pleasure to be able to stay in a genuine miners cottage from the period. Debra's cottage is comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located but what makes it so special is that it is such a beautiful and original homestead, decorated with such care and attention. We absolutely loved staying here; we also loved learning about the history of Ballarat. Debra provides a great example of how a holiday let can be both comfortable and very original !

Lovely quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature and rolling hills. The interior is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a weekend away. I loved the fireplace and the timeless furniture! The only thing that could improve would be that the shower pressure was quite low, and the hot water ran out very quickly! All in all though it was a fantastic stay!

Perfect place to stay for the weekend was in a great spot just out of town so it was quiet enough but also not far to go down the street or go out for dinner

We had a wonderful stay at Ada's Cottage xx The cottage is even better in real life if you can believe that. The landscape gardens are the ideal place to sit and relax and the interior aesthetic is magical. We can not wait to come back and enjoy the cottage even more.

Matilda’s Cottage was a perfect little spot that catered two nights before our wedding and our wedding night. While we are local, I highly reccomend utilising this cosy quiet accommodation. You are not far from gisborne vineyards and town centre and a short drive up the freeway into the Macedon ranges. Take a short drive continuing up benson rd you’ll grab a nice view of the valley. Thanks for having us!

Great little stay in Ballarat. Our family including toddler and dog loved May’s cottage. Sue’s instructions and communication was excellent. We have family in the area and have been looking for a pet friendly place to stay and this was perfect. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay here! It was a lovely home away from home. The nature at the cottage was beautiful. Elbert was a great host and shared the ins and outs of what to do in the area. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! 🌿
