James' listing was exactly what my family needed to gather together and celebrate Christmas. We all had our own separate living space and the openness of the kitchen and den area gave us plenty of room to gather together. The pool looked very inviting but the coolness of the season stopped us from plunging in. When we discovered a need for additional towels James was very quick to respond and had towels delivered in short order. Thanks James for a delightful stay.

Home from Home (but bigger!) Superb property, delightfully quiet residential area and super-responsive host. The villa is beautifully appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches. We were three couples (extended family) so had an unused bedroom for our stay. The living area would be more than ample to cope with a full capacity booking without crowding each other, with an open lounge and separate tv / gaming area so even if the mood required a chill group and a more active vibe both could be catered for! We didn't use the heating option on the pool (needs 24hrs notice), but even in Feb. the water temp wasn't Irish-Sea cold! The beds were super-comfy and the bedrooms has lots of storage space. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet bigger than our spare room at home, along with an en-suite with a large shower cubicle, an enormous whirlpool bath and separate his-and-hers sinks. Overall a spectacular place for a large family group to spend a vacation. Wish we'd had more than a week there!

The stay was very very good.

We had a fantastic stay. Property was as described. Clean with a lot of privacy. Check-in and check-out were both easy. The pool, playground, and outdoor seating enhanced our family stay. Host was friendly and was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Second stay at this property and can't say enough great things. Walkable to downtown Winter Garden, clean and comfortable house. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a couple extra rolls of toilet paper. Host had coffee, milk and muffins waiting for us. The location is fantastic and I have enjoyed both of my stays at this place. It's quiet and peaceful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This house was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed! Our kids had a blast with the heated pool and all the games—it was nonstop fun. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We highly recommend it! all the instructions to enter were a breeze. Martin was very responsive and checked in on us. LOVED LOVED LOVED.

we stayed with Tanya's place to have a little break. I would say one best thing about this place is the location. We have a 5day plan for universal studio theme parks and her place is less than 15mins from the parks and like 7mins from downtown orlando. Tanya is very accomodating and easy to communicate. She tend to our needs and i extra appreciate that I can bring my furr family as this is a pet friendly place. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend.

Great place with lots of space. Host even let me check in 2 hours early. Super clean and very well appointed. The only improvement I could suggest would be replacing the TV in the bedroom with one that actually works.

We stayed at Sonia’s property for 10 nights. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed. The setting is lovely and peaceful. We felt very secure and it is a gated property. It is not far to groceries and restaurants. Sonia and her family are delightful to visit with. She was very responsive when we sent communication. We visit family in the area every year and we hope to stay here again.

My fiancé and I spent a few nights for a Disney trip and had a great time. It is serene and nature filled location. The hosts are extremely proactive and friendly. We ran into no problems with needing an extension for our check out. Easily accommodates guests and visitors. The property is a bit isolated from the main road. As an example, the nearest gas station was around 15-20 minutes away. Overall it is a great spot and would definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay and close to Disney! The condo looked even better than the pictures and it was spotless! It’s in a good quiet community which is great after the hustle and bustle of all the theme parks.

Erick was very helpful and exceedingly responsive to maintenance issues, e.g. broken or missing sink plugs

Mike's place was a perfect location for our stay. Walking distance to alot of restaurants and things to do. Although we didn't go to Universal studios it was super close. Only a 20 minute drive to Disney which was perfect since we were in town for the half marathon weekend. Place looked just like the pictures. Would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area.

Great spot to stay, lots of room and everything we needed. There were tvs in every space, allowing for multiple preferences to be accommodated and the kitchen amenities were perfect for what we needed Looks like fairly new flooring and furniture, so some of the previous reviews I read had been addressed. The check in was super friendly and accommodating, a d the parking was easy. We would definitely book again

Great place to stay for convention center events. Close, safe, secure, and much better value than a hotel.

Ricardo's place was a dream! We would rather stay here than a Disney resort any day. The condo was the perfect size, the location to the parks and dining were spectacular, and the pool and dock were fabulous!

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was lovely! It was spacious, close to the grocery store, parks, restaurants, etc. Stacy was incredibly responsive and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, everything was within a few miles from where Mary’s place is located. Paul was very responsive when we reached out, Mary was accommodating as well.
