Excellent hotel, very relaxing, several animals that just see them relax you, we loved the place! The services are very good, very friendly staff, highly recommended!

This is SUPER comfortable, quiet, the place is spectacular, super relaxing. The restaurant's food is very rich and very good service. The jacuzzi not even, very relaxing to be there. Efficient and quick maid service. The wifi at first takes a little while to connect but then everything was fine. Restaurant hours are different as it closes at 6:30 pm.

This is a hotel/inn rather than stand alone unit. The room was comfortable and I especially appreciated the AC. There was a pool and yard overlooking Lake Chapala. Breakfast included. Overall a very good value.

The facilities are very pleasant and faithful to what is published, we will soon be back!

As a hotelier I can say that my stay in this place exceeded all my expectations, from the first moment, the attention to detail was evident, the space was spotless, well decorated and with all the comforts one expects to find. The place allows pets, it has a private pool with heated water, they have barbecue (subject to availability) in case you want as well as us to enjoy a barbecue on the terrace. The bathroom shower for my taste is a little more pressure away from that out, everything was incredible. Thank you for everything, we had an amazing time!! ✨❤️

We only stayed one night and the service was excellent!

Wonderful peaceful haven yet in the middle of interesting, exciting and convenient location - very easy access to the lake, to shops and stalls, convenient coffee shops and handy stores. Great little bar and restaurant inside quiet courtyard on the property itself. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
