Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Champlain

Andrew’s place was a wintry paradise for our family of 6 adults, a baby and an elderly dog. There are steps to enter the house, which were no problem for us, but our dog struggled at times. We appreciated everything that was left for us to use. The kitchen was stocked. There were extra pillows, blankets and towels. There was even firewood provided for the small fireplace in the backyard. Andrew was responsive with messages and friendly. We enjoyed walking and skiing on frozen Mirror Lake. I’ve skating on the Olympic Oval was fun, too. All within easy walking distance of the house. We would love to return.

Abby’s Airbnb was comfortable, large enough for a ski weekend with my family. Very convenient location, in quiet street, yet within walking distance from Winooski center. The apartment had everything we needed and Abby was very responsive. I highly recommend it !

My family had a great experience at this home. Would highly recommend for those who want a cozy winter getaway. Truly a perfect spot for family memories. Home was clean, stocked with breakfast and coffee which was a nice treat. Plenty of space for our big family. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions and needs.

We had a great stay. This is a great house for multiple families - we were 3 families with small kids (6 kids under 6) and it was the perfect setup for us - great layout for all of us to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Our kids were obsessed with running the length of the house, and we had plenty of space to hang at night without waking up some of the lighter sleepers. We even put one baby in a pack n' play in the laundry room and it was perfect for her! (also two other babies were in closets -- two of the bedrooms have nice big ones!) Also, the kitchen was insanely well-stocked -- literally everything we could have possibly ever thought of needing or using to cook and serve our meals! We even had help with a car jump when one of our batteries died the first night. Great home, great location, we hope to come back in summer!

Our family had a wonderful day at Alex‘s home in Vermont. Nice walking trails nearby. The hot tub was fun to enjoy and having a Tesla charger was a nice addition. Communication was a breeze and we highly recommend it to any guest.

Had a delightful stay between Christmas and New Year’s and it felt like our own home—well-lived in and well-loved. The natural light and views were great, our dogs loved the space, Rob was easy to work with and the kitchen had everything we needed down to the same cast iron pans we use at home. A gem!

We had a lovely stay at Susan’s cottage. It was very relaxing and we’re grateful we could bring our pup. The views were incredible! We loved waking up to the spectacular scenery.

Vickie's home was perfect as a centrally located location for Northern Vermont skiing. We had a wonderful and trouble free stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Deb's Place for our weekend ski trip. Deb's Place is located in an ideal spot in Saranac Lake, very close to Main Street. The apartment is very well maintained and clean, and all the touches Deb has added to the apartment make the space cozy and warm. This is a perfect place to stay with ample space for two people, including a well-furnished kitchen, comfortable living room, and quality bedroom and bathroom. The fact that the apartment is on the back side of the owner's house is ideal; the location is private and quiet. Another strong feature of Deb's Place is the parking space; you always have a place to park your car without concern of moving your car or parking behind someone. My wife and I won't hesitate to stay at Deb's Place again.

Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances. Plenty of breakfast food left in the fridge. Location perfect for buses, and a 10 minute walk to the river.

Our family, comprising six adults and a baby, thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here during a busy (solar eclipse) weekend in April. This property is brand new. There are a number of hotel rooms on the property. We stayed at the apartment suite just above the restaurant. The apartment was quite comfortable, offering ample space. It was impeccably clean, and everything was fresh and new. The convenience of having the restaurant just below was a definite highlight, making dining options easily accessible. We could hear noise from the restaurant in the evening but it did not wake our baby or impair our stay. There is a nice waterfall on the property. Proximity to Sugarbush was very good. Our hosts, TJ and Johnny, for the most part, were attentive and responsive. There was no TV in the unit or dressers in the rooms (we were told they may be adding a TV in the future). There was a bluetooth speaker for music. Our overall experience was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend

Had a great time. The apartment was very comfortable. The walk to town was an easy one and it was close to a lot of outdoor activities. Meachele was very responsive whenever we had a question and had a wealth of information about the area.

This was our second time staying at Sandra’s lovely place. It’s super clean, well stocked, has comfy beds and great amenities. Sandra is always friendly and super responsive- we had everything we needed and felt right at home. Of course, we also loved being greeted when we came in by Bowie- he’s such a sweetie! Sandra’s place is now our go-to when we visit our daughter who lives nearby- we look forward to our return!

Cozy rustic room with comfortable bed after a day of skiing! We initially were disappointed by the bare bones furnishing and the large gaps between their wood floorboards. However, the delicious breakfast, helpful hosts, and beautiful location won us over.

Very cozy place, and in the middle of things but still quiet and private. Randy coming to make breakfast on weekends was a real treat! Would definitely stay here again.

This place was wonderfully cheap and cheerful and super close to Owl's Head ski resort. 10 mins away from the Customs Border. Be mindful that this border closes at 8PM!! There are two other ones that are 24 hours east and west of Mansonville, but will tack on another 50 mins to your drive. This is a 100 year old house, so sounds travel easily. If you can sleep through that, it's a perfect stopover. 30 mins away from Orford, Sutton and Bromont for skiing! There is no food or drink allowed in the rooms, but there is a cute dining area with a small fridge to hang out in with games to play and wonderful hanging candles as you walk in the front door. There are cats on the premises. Geraldine and Marc were wonderful hosts. We did not partake in the breakfast, but we could smell it from upstairs and it was amazing! We recommend going to the La Knowlton Co. Microbrasserie & Restaurant. It's about 20 mins away. The beer and Poutine was amazing!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Lara's place. It is just the best! The rooms are lovely, the kitchen space is great with snacks and breakfast items if needed. The new sauna was a wonderful treat this time and Lara is so pleasant and fun to chat with it. It is also close enough to Burlington to visit and also feels secluded. Hoping we get to go back again.

Karyl has hosting down to a perfection! We were late arrival in Karyl was up waiting for us. Their house is perfectly clean and was beautifully decorated for Christmas! The lake views were amazing. She had breakfast waiting for my daughter and I when we came downstairs. They had some great local recommendations for us. Would stay again. Thank you Karyl!

Bjorn and Elaine are wonderful hosts of a beautiful, historic site. The house itself is rich with lovely historic details including wide plank floors that one would never see, old glass, incredible wood beams, and more. Bjorn and Elaine could not have been more welcoming and kind. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return should we find ourselves at the beautiful lake in the future. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

What a pleasure to spend time at Diane and Patrice's place. As soon as we walked past the door, we felt right at home, welcomed like kings. Diane and Patrice are passionate. They delighted us with their discussions and lunch filled with small touches. I still dream of this fruit salad with these coconut chips!

Julia and Byron were friendly, warm hosts and their AirBnB was just what we needed for our trip. The room was cosy and homely and very clean. The warm muffins, croissants and coffee with fruit that they provided was a perfect start to our day. The list of recommendations for places to eat was great and we ticked off the options one by one.
