Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Biel

Very pretty place with super awesome mountain view. Fairly walkable from nearest bus stop if you do not mind walking a short distance uphill. There's a local community buss 22 serving the area if you have time to wait and that will save all the walking to public bus stop. No issues if driving. House is fully equiped and clean. Very warm for winter. Huge space too. Love the kitchen lots. Most importantly, host is very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay happy and memorable. Very prompt and always there to provide prompt advise. Must stay if you are at Thun or Interlaken area.

Chalet Niesenview was perfect for our group. Absolute peace and perfect views. Plus a spotless house. Thank you! Glad to come back!

Never spoke or met Moriya but I spoke and met with her husband - Ira, and her mother in law - Didi who both were outstandingly helpful and pleasant persons. So in this light Moriya must be a very good administrator and team builder .

We had a beautiful stay at Andreas' home! The home is cozy and furnished with all you might need, a terrace where to enjoy breakfast or a dinner with a beautiful view on the mountains. Andreas was extremely attentive and provided with many suggestions on where to go hiking and where to get the best local products! Last but not least, their home is the most sustainable I have ever visited :)

We had a great weekend at Victoria’s place, the location on the lake and proximity to the train was absolutely perfect. Further she provided all the things needed for our 19 month old making our stay that much more relaxing. We are already thinking about planning a summer trip there as well so would highly recommend.

We stayed at the place for 4 nights. It was easy to commute to interlaken, Bern, and Zermatt too from Spiez. It has beautiful views and apartment is right at the lake. apartment was neat, clean and had everything we needed. We came back with loads of memories. Witnessed some snow fall and rain as well. There is even a ferry from Spiez to interlaken and vice versa, but the timings were not suitable for us, so we didn't get to try.

My wife and I have already spent the sixth time staying with Rafael in Krattigen's vacation. We also enjoyed this stay very much again. We will be happy to come back to Krattigen in the future.

Perfect home for us to stay in while We explored Bern and the surrounding areas with our two young boys. The hosts were very clear in their directions, responsive to any inquiries we had, and friendly. They are very accommodating to your preferred bedding setup. The place is located in walking distance to a nearby bus stop for public transport, Bear park which takes you into the old town, and a short walk to the beautiful Rosengarten restaurant.

Correct accommodation and owners respectful of guest privacy

This apartment is located in a residential area of Bern, just a few minutes from the train station. We walked with our luggage. It’s an attic apartment with lots of windows and is quite spacious. It was great to have an elevator.

We had a magical stay, everything we wanted. Nice cosy unit but spacious with lovely fireplace(we were a family of 4). Pictures does not do the views justice, it is breathtaking. We were also blessed with snow followed by lovely sunny days. Close to ski slopes and close to restaurants and shops for your daily needs. Communication was very easy and Giles and his family welcomed and supported us throughout our stay where we needed them. One of the best stays and experiences we had.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs around the world and this was definitely one of the best! Very clean. Lots of amenities. Absolutely beautiful location. Easy 30 min bus access to Interlaken and trains to anywhere in Switzerland.

La ferme des comtes is a beautiful house in a wonderful place, in the middle of the valley looking at chateau de la gruyere, full equipped, peaceful and cosy in a great landscape. we had a great family moment there. thanks

We stayed here for a few nights with 4 people in August and loved this compact property. It is as small as described, but everything is very well thought out, and you have plenty of outside space to enjoy (including the swimming pool, for a modest extra fee). We chose to eat at the house nearly every meal, to enjoy the outside space and the view across the lake. The owners are very friendly with just the right amount of contact, and clearly work hard to maintain the property and grounds. Highly recommended.

Had an absolutely fabulous week at Jane & Robin’s home. My wife, kids and I just didn’t want to leave. The home itself is full of warmth and peace. The garden is just fabulous with views of Lake Geneva and the mountains. I could spend weeks sitting there, sipping on wine and reading a book. The kids loved the massive trampoline and the stand up swimming pool. The whole house was extremely comfortable, lovely dining table kitchen, tv area and bedrooms. You definitely need a car and in any case anyone coming to the Montreux area should rent one. By car there are fabulous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within 5 mins of the home. I definitely want to return to this piece of paradise - let me know when it’s available again, Robin and Jane!

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Right upon arrival we thought we'd love to come back here a second time when it's warmer outside. We really appreciated the tranquility and space and the space and you can be anywhere in the Emmental in a short time, even to Burgdorf it only takes a little more than 20 minutes. The reception was friendly and the apartment well furnished and lightning clean. Wifi works well, and great views into the distance!

It was just fantastic. Located in a hotel and the hotel was also fantastic. We were missing nothing. The place is a dream with an amazing view. Every day a mega view of the mountains and Lake Thun. In the room everything is modern and beautifully decorated. The hotel was too accommodating and always kind. Just like Dörthe, she is super friendly and responds quickly to questions. We were able to use everything in the hotel and everything is modern and beautifully made. Pure relaxation, fully used in the beautiful sauna and the swimming pool were enjoyed by the children. There is also everything for children. There were bathrobes and towels already in the room. In the sauna area , which you rarely see, bath towels are always ready and I have to say that speaks for the hotel and for the love for the guests. Whether breakfast or dinner, it was all very nice and very delicious. Dogs are also really welcome. Definitely happy to come back
